After three excellent luncheons here over the past few months, we finally had the occasion to stay at their in-house training hotel. I have been working many years in hospitality industry and I must say this hotel school is providing an excellent service to their guests. Students seems very happy working there and they are very keen to help you with whatever you need. Rooms are nice and prices are affordable. Bakery was very tasty! Rooms might need a renewal at some...

I had the Khmer papaya and chicken salad, Amok fish (best I had in Siem Reap) and then creme caramel. All were amazing -...

The hotel school is a great concept, and has a very interesting story behind it. The best thing about the hotel is its friendly staff, especially Sovanna. The room I had was comfortable and stylishly decorated (I was in the Champa room) but I wouldn't describe it as plush. The gardens are beautiful. I enjoyed my stay overall but should...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Paul Dubrule inaugurated the school on October 24th, 2002 after an eight-month-long bicycle trip from Fontainebleau, France to Siem Reap, Cambodia. As a co-founder of the Accor Hotel Group, Mr. Dubrule believes that excellent training and stringent qualifications are the keys to the future of young Cambodians.
