During our 5 day stay in Siem Reap we stayed at Angkor Pearl upon recommendation by a friend who stayed there during his visit there last year. We came in a group of 24, consisting of 16 students and 8 teachers. We booked 6 triple rooms and 3 twin rooms. The hotel looks small on the outside but once in...

Compared to some of the prices we paid in other cities on our tour, this was literally next to nothing. At first approaching the hotel, the area/location seemed a little sketchy, especially since we were unfamililar with Siem Reap. But upon checking in and even more so upon waking up in the morning, we were completely charmed and very happy...

Way above expectation of a budget hotel. Genuinely friendly staff willing to go the extra mile, very clean and tidy, walking distance from everywhere and cycling distance to Angkor. Value way above the US 50 for 2 nights we paid for. Thank you Angkor Pearl

So far, I've been to 6 hotels in Southeast Asia and this is by far, the best out of them (not to mention, the least expensive too!). There are so many things to write home about including: 1) Service - First class service, better than many 4 star hotels I've stayed in. There is a welcome drink and towel for...

Why should you try Angkor Pearl Hotel in Siem Reap? 1. Location The hotel is just 10 minutes walk from Pub Street where you can find restaurants, souvenir shops, banks, spas, convenient stores, bars etc. There is a small store near the hotel just in case you want to buy small stuff like cigarette, candy and lighter. If you cross...

We enjoyed our stay here. I agree that the wifi was frusterating. The best part about the place we found though was the Tuk Tuk driver out front, Mr. Thean. He really made our days exploring the Angkor Temples wonderful. He loaded up cold water and moist towels to battle the heat and spoke great english to give us a...

Angkor Pearl A Pearl at Siem Reap Angkor pearl hotel surpassed our expectations. It was located in a quiet street but very near the main road and 7-10 mins walk to pub street and night market. Everything is within 5mins walking distance (bank, Lucky mall, KFC, spas), but the street is not too busy and noisy. They dont have a...

Spent four nights at Angkor Pearl Hotel recently. The hotel was more than satisfactory, but had a number of small issues that could be easily fixed to make it better. The best part of the hotel is the rooms, which are large, very clean, and comfortable. Good A/C and modern bathroom. The employees in the lobby are also very friendly...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
New Team New Services New facilities New ways to Make you smile Oct. 2011. New and improved Angkor Pearl ensuring the best value in Cambodian Hotels run and managed by Cambodian-Americans. At Angkor Pearl Hotel, we pride ourselves on quality of service on a genuinely high level and an emphasis on catering to our guest’s every need with courtesy and warmth. Angkor Pearl Hotel is Cambodian owned, operated, and managed by Cambodian Americans since February of 2010. The story behind the pearl dates back years when Cambodia gained independence from France and King Sihanouk called the Capitol "The Pearl of Asia." Hence, we call ourselves The Pearl of Siem Reap. The Angkor Pearl Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Siem Reap. A brisk 10 minute walk lead you to the center market where you can shop for food, clothes, souvenirs, and many more. Getting to the Temples is just as easy. A scenic 15 minute drive will take you back in time to the Khmer civilization where you will discover all of Angkor’s natural beauty. ... more   less
