We just stayed 4 nights at this boutique feel like hotel. They have 26 rooms beautifully decorated, spanned over 4 floors (with lift). A nice pool on ground floor is a plus for us to relax by, after a day rambling under the heat. Menu of Western and asian breakfasts is adequate. The hotel is on a quiet street, not far from the wat Damnak pagoda, 5 minutes to the riverside and less than 10 minutes walk to old market and pub street , so very convenient. But above all, we really appreciated the hospitality and kindness of the staff there. A big thank to them.

The Palace Residence is a new hotel with modern, beautifully appointed rooms. The balcony rooms have a large, free standing tub perfect for relaxing. The service is excellent and the staff very welcoming and attentive. Sina the manager is outstanding and has clearly trained her staff well. The restaurant offers delicious 5 course meals at very reasonable prices (eating in town is a bit hit or miss). The pool is just the right thing after a hot day exploring Angkor Wat. A bonus for me was the draught lager "Beer Cambodia" served at the poolside bar. The hotel is away from the main tourist strip that runs along the main road and not too far from the old market. Sina and her staff also organized our tours from the hotel with a great driver and guide at very competitive rates. We booked 3 rooms, checked in early, and couldn't have been happier. We would definitely stay here again.

So we visited Siem Reap as part of a two week trip. The hotel is on the other side of the river, night markets and pub street just a short walk over the bridge. On arrival we were greeted with a refreshing drink, cool towel and a light snack while the staff told us about the accomodation and our options for seeing the local attractions. We booked what we wanted to see, were offered English speaking guides, a driver and informed about entry cost. The room is clean and each day no matter what time we leave the house keepers will manage to come in and service the room with fresh linen and a tidy. Breakfast is served to our table and extras are offered. I have stayed at many hotels in many countries and have nothing bad to say about this one 👍

We stayed at Siem Reap Palace Residence in February 2020. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, a lot of services (khmer restaurant, cafe, pharmacy, market, etc.) are within walking distance. The hotel is relatively small but well equiped, it has comfortable rooms, a nice outside pool and a very good restaurant offering local and international courses.
Nevertheless it was the staff that made our stay unforgetable. Everybody from cleaning personnel to general manager is attentive, they cannot walk past you without smiling and asking if they can do anything for you. Their genuine kindness, happiness and lowliness is charming. They really know what hospitality is. I am grateful for all of their effort, special thanks to Nicki and Mark for their attentiveness and recommendations.

I really can’t explain what an amazing place this is, words don’t do it justice, you just need to stay there, but I will try.
From the moment we were met at the airport by a smiling driver with cold towels and cold bottles of water it was clear we had made the right choice.
On arrival, they told us they had upgraded our room and it was beautiful with a big bath in the room, a huge bed and a huge shower and dressing area.
All of the staff were delightful. Whether it was managers, reception staff, cleaning staff or the breakfast manager. All of them wanted to chat to you about where you were from, your stay, things to see or just generally help you out.
The hotel is about 5 minute walk from the main part of town, but it’s a million miles away, a beautiful oasis of calm.
The pool is great and we had a relaxing half day lounging before our flight. They even let me use the shower in the spa to freshen up before heading to the airport.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Siem Reap.
We were really sad to leave yesterday as other hotels on our trip are not going to be anywhere near as good.
Thank you for an amazing 2 days.

Located just 5-10 min walk from the night market and pub street and with plenty of restaurants around, the location is ideal.

The staff and management team are beyond attentive and make themselves available at any point. They have such excellent training and perhaps the best service we have seen in Southeast Asia!

Like most hotels, they do not have an elevator and beds are a bit firm for our taste but they made every effort and provided us with extra blankets to sleep on. They also were ready to offer us a ground floor pool access room upgrade instead if a 1 level walk up.

The decor is gorgeous, very modern with so much local character. Unlike complaints at other properties we’ve read, the water runs very well, never an issue with hot water, water pressure, or drainage. The AC worked perfectly, and soundproofing was excellent.

We also enjoyed the pool with a beautiful decorated wall in the background. They had a shallow area which was perfect for our toddler. The breakfast is included and served a-la-carte which they were happy to bring to our room for us. They arranged tuk tuk tours for us to all the temples with professional drivers. They offer a complimentary van service for airport pick up and drop off.

We will definitely be coming back again!

It’s the best hotel in Siem Reap!!
We’ve spent 3 days in this charming and brand new hotel and we’re definitely super happy about our choice! At walking distance from the city center but far enough to be silent and peaceful. They offer tours anytime to the temples as well as to hotspots around the countryside. The hotel is perfectly clean and the staff is very meticulous on making you feel welcome and at ease: they offered us welcome drinks and refreshing towel as well as fresh fruits to keep in the room. At departure, they offer a super nice goodbye souvenir. In addition, the staff is extremely kind, attentive to your needs and always there to help you. They really make you feel at home. It has been a real pleasure to stay in this hotel and we strongly recommended it!!!

We had such a pleasant stay at the siem reap palace residence. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Service is outstanding. We arrived late in the evening and were thinking about a tour to angkor wat the next day, but did not have a fix plan so far. It was no problem to arrange a tuktuk tour for the next day (25 dollar plus 5 % fee). The staff made the phone calls and we had a lovely tuktuk driver named sophin waiting for us in front of the hotel at 4:30 am.
If you are planning to to so als well, you should ask for sophin. His english is very good, he is so polite and friendly and knows a lot of details about the circuit.
The rooms are big and the beds are very cosy. Toilet and shower are in 2 separate rooms.
The breakfast is delicious, many options to choose from. Both regional meals and american/continental breakfast.
We asked for a late check out. And it was possible to have the room until 1 pm for free.

Stayed here March 2020 with my fiancée. The hotel itself is only small which makes it feel more welcoming and personal. Pickup and drop off to airport was very convenient. Rooms were a great size and adequately kitted out - we were even upgraded upon arrival! Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they were on hand at every hour to assist with anything. Location is only 5-10minutes walk from the main restaurants and bars, so ideally located in a quiet spot. We would book again and would definitely recommend ! Thanks for they stay, hope you are all keeping well at this time.

This was our trip #8 to Siem Reap and we couldn't be happier. We chose this hotel because we knew some of the staff from our stays at Soria Moria, a hotel which no longer exists.
My husband has lived with Multiple Sclerosis for 27 years, so with mobility issues it is important to have a facility and staff that can support me with his care. This hotel and the staff ticked all the boxes and we will be back when I next feel the need for a break. Various staff members took the responsibility of assisting my husband with his walking, while we sat poolside for breakfast and staff brought our meal to us. This photo taken from our ground floor room , was our happy place. I would recommend without hesitation.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff amazing. Breakfast is wonderful, and as we often eat in, the restaurant and poolside dining was great.
Another big plus is the position. We were able to go out for dinner, with my husband using his mobility scooter, as it is within walking distance of restaurants and markets.
When you can stay at a hotel for three weeks and have the owner and general manager both come to the airport to see you off, it says a lot about the place. Just love it.
