The AC went out as the power went out, frequently. And the AC wasn't really an AC, just a glorified fan. They screwed us over on bus tickets when we departed - sold us tickets on a journey that did not exist and charged it on our card. Nothing charming about this place, would rather ride a 9 hour bus...

Really friendly and helpful staff, lovely clean rooms (including bedding and towels). Breakfast was quite basic but the chefs would happily prepare any type of egg for you. Bar had a really good choice of drinks. The pool was probably our favourite aspect of the hotel. Would recommend to young travelers.

We came to hotel very early in the morning, receptionist allowed us to put the luggage into one room and spent time in town until our rooms will be prepared. Hotel is nice, our room was clean, air condition worked well, I liked small swimming pool... Receptionist was very nice guy, kind and willing to help.

The hotel itself is very nice, lovely pool area and bar and spacious rooms. However, the hotel is completely let down by the bathrooms; not clean at all. The shower curtain, for instance, is covered in scum. We paid 30 doller for one night and the room suited us fine, working aircon and nice to chill by pool. However, for...

This place is clean , quiet, and private at a reasonable price. The beds are very firm or squishy soft....we got one of each. I took the firm one as that is what I prefer anyway. The best thing here is the nice breakfast buffet. As another poster mentioned, they don't always keep the items on a warmer, but they...

Firstly greeted with waiter serving us orange juices as welcome drink. I travelled with 2friends and stayed at first storey. Staff warned us on the Mosquitos entering the room which we kinda of expected as we walked pass a couple of rooms and saw Mosquitos coil burning in the room. There is a fan in the room to further cool...

I spent 5 nights here in February '13. After the first night I asked for a new room b/c of technical problems in the room [fridge, bathroom]. The staff are very accommodating, pleasant and helpful. However, the second room wasn't much better & I spent 4 nights in it. I found the place a bit noisy & breakfast was usually...

there were many insects in the room. in other hotels, even cheaper, there were no insects. the pool was very small. there was a wall in front of the window. no milk for coffee available, which for me as a European is a no-go. in particular since the name of the hotel has the word 'breakfast' in it.

Pros: *Property and rooms appeared clean *Staff was very helpful with holding luggage, answering questions and helping with arrangements *Pool is very clean though quite small. Pool lounges are comfy (there are only four). Cons: *Breakfast would probably have been good if we'd eaten as soon as it was put out. Food is not kept warm, so that left me...
