Before going to Siem Reap I was a little worried to find too many tourists and have the beauty of the temples just lost.. Amansara made this week-end just magical and a unique and an unforgettable experience. From the pick-up at the airport in the old Mercedes to the warm welcome from the Hotel GM, to the unique and attentive...

Excellent hotel. Perfect for visiting the sites around Angkor and Siem Reap. Smaller than other Aman properties. About 25 rooms or so. Situated inside a complex / villa from the 60s which belonged to the King at one stage. Has been nicely renovated. Very much has a 60s modernist yet tropical feel to it. Different from other more recent Aman...

The main reason to visit Aiem Reap is to visit Angkor. Amansara provides well-organized private program to watch Angkor avoiding crowds and making a relax during the hot time from 12 to 3 PM taking nice food and service as well.

From the moment the greeter meets you at the airport, you sense something special is about to begin. The Chauffer driven vintage Mercedes with ice cold, lemongrass scented towels and iced Evian water is but a prelude to better things. A 25 minute drive through the city and you arrive at the oasis of cool and serenity. Aman trademarks beguile...

We did not manage to get a room - it was full for Christmas. The dinner there was incredible - nice environment, quite, private yet warm. Food and service meet the standard - we chose the local Cambodian cuisine and it was beautifully set and presented.

Because I've always loved the Aman chain of resort hotels, it's easy to understand why they rank so high in my esteem. Located in the middle of busy streets, this quiet hideaway with excellent security and manicured grounds, singing birds and utter serenity was once the guest house of President Sihanouk. Delightful staff cater to your every need but you...

This hotel is located on the main road into Siem Reap, however, don't be fooled into thinking it sounds exactly as it is written... The hotel doesn't have any signage on it, bar a small inscription on the front wall in hieroglyphics which 99.9% of people would have no idea what it reads...You would never assume as you stood outside...

This hotel is an oasis. The hotel is small and personal touches make for a special feeling. The one restaurant and bar area is an open area to eat and drink at times to suit you, no formal times and although you could help yourself to cake (always available) or drinks you never needed to as there was always someone...

Another amazing Aman property. Unrivalled service, best location, privileged access to Angkor Wat, If you love Aman already, you already know what to expect. Is it worth the premium? Yes, if you already have caught the Aman bug. Tough to accept anything less once you have experienced the quiet, unmatched luxury of an Aman stay.

Beautiful design and service in the Aman minimalist style. Historic resort with authentic mid-century modern architecture; a unique combination. Rooms were elegantly appointed with all the amenities you could hope for. Breakfast and dinner were uniformly excellent. Service was a bit too attentive. And the dining room is a bit daunting (very quiet and reserved - really noticed it when...
