Our favourite place to stay in Cambodia! The hotel staff are fantastic and very friendly. They helped us plan our itinerary and gave us good advice on places to see. The owners Ilana and Adam were always there to help. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast provided was delicious. We attended the hotel's cooking class, which was...

My first impression with the hotel was not very good. I took the night bus from Phnom Penh and was going to arrive in Siem Reap in the wee hours of the morning so I requested to be picked up from the bus station via email weeks before I arrived in Cambodia. As a female travelling alone, it didn't feel...

Very clean room and toilet. I love the location! It is very near to a lot of points of interest especially the Night Market. The hotel is very affordable. The staff are brilliant! I would highly recommend this place.

Wow. Nothing but accolades here. Food = A+. Staff = A+. Facilities = A. Highly recommended. I booked through an online booking service and then paid in cash upon checkout. Pre-arrival communication directly with Baby Elephant staff was thorough and prompt. We arrived via bus from Bangkok and found the staff and room ready and waiting for us. We were...

Stayed for 3 weeks while volunteering in Siem Reap. Very clean, especially pool which was great after a hot day teaching. Food was good you could even do a cookery course. Loved the Yoga every morning, they even brought the time forward so I could go before school. They have a building next door for budget rooms.

I had a terrible 3 leg flight (with the loss of my baggage) and was totally over it by the time my driver picked me up at the airport. After getting out of my tuk tuk in SR i walked though the gates of the hotel and my tired frame was greeted by a cool oasis and smiling staff! I...

After a tiring overnight flight, we were greeted at the airport by a tuk tuk driver and driven to the gorgeous hotel, that proved to be an excellent base for exploring the city and temples. They helped to arrange transport over three days of sightseeing- staff were friendly and super-helpful, meals were excellent and the pool and poolside bar were...

My room and the hotel in general were lovely! Great food and drinks and helpful staff who were happy to help in any way. They organised a sunrise tuktuk tour of Angkor Wat and helped me find a nice local hairdressers. The only thing was as a solo female traveller drew the attention of a couple of the staff who...

Based solely on service and friendliness of the staff I'd give Baby Elephant an excellent rating. The staff go out of their way to be helpful, and always with smiles on their faces. The grounds and pool are nice, though the pool area can get a little crammed when everyone returns from their excursions. We stayed in a premier room...

We were met immediately at the airport as the hotel arranged and had a fun tuk-tuk ride to the hotel where we were treated by very friendly staff. We had originally booked a budget double but after four nights of restless sleep in Bangkok upgraded to a deluxe double to make sure we had a chance of some sleep. We...
