I stayed here with a tour group and the staff here are obviously well prepared to deal with such things, they were fabulous throughout the stay. The room was large and comfortable, the bathroom had a full bath although the tap diverter was stuck so it was shower only, the airconditioner worked too well if anything requiring an adjustment in... Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, it was a pleasant stay. The room is spacious, clean and neat. Bathroom needs maintenance but still clean and tidy. The hotel has its own swimming pool. Breakfast here in the hotel may not suitable for Western, because it only comes with rice and stir vegetables, but its good, don't worry. Wifi... More

Pleasant place with good services. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only problem we found is the restaurant was not big enough to host all the people from the tour groups who went to have breakfast at the same time, so some of us had to eat standing until someone left a table free.

Location very convenient; short distance to Cambodia cultural village and restaurants such as Mekong tonte. Very close to old market if travel by tuk tuk. Breakfast not that much variety. Room slightly small for triple but reasonable. Wifi not free in room ; only in lobby & difficult to connect if many people using. Staff courteous but many don't know... More

Reception pleasant open area. Room dated but clean at back of hotel overlooking swimming pool so quiet. Staff both in restaurant and reception exceptionally pleasant. The evening dinner was disgusting - I had no idea of the meat content of each course and had to enquire and was still unsure. The breakfast slightly better. The restaurant was quiet in the... More

It is essential to have wifi wherever we travel ( hopefully! ) So I am going to begin with whats good in Cambodia - other than the rich history and food, there is almost wifi in each restaurant I went to during my trip, and thats a plus point. Coming back to the hotel, I was a little distressed to... More

There is no wifi in the room, and only at the lobby. Most of the lights at the lobby is turned off at around 11 p.m., so after that, one needs to work in the dark. There are mosquitos at the lobby, so not very comfortable. There are many people who are sitting at the lobby area to work on... More

One of the worst hotel experiences ever. This hotel is full of loud, obnoxious and inconsiderate Chinese tourists. They are pushy, impolite, unruly and they are everywhere screaming and shouting. In the breakfast room they sneeze and then spit on the floor. Disgusting. We stayed on this hotel 2 nights. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel, the floor... More
