Four of us from the UK stayed here for 4 nights to explore Siem Reap. Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was huge and well-maintained with good amenities, the breakfast was delicious and the surroundings were beautiful. We also ate dinner here one night and played cards in the lobby, and the food was really good! It's only about 5-10min tuk tuk drive to pub street and about 15 min tuk tuk drive to Angkor Wat. We also had a great time in their lovely pool and spent many hours there. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Dont look at the photos shown, the hotel is definitely not like them. It is run down. Bare cracked concrete around pool with metal pipes sticking up. Dirty stained bath and shower room. Nothing in the bar, not even a bottle of water. Scared to get out of bed on the night because of cockroaches, had to get staff to remove them from the room every night. Breakfast consists of eggs, toast and noodles. coffee with sachet of powdered milk. Stayed in better 2 stars.

It felt upscale but was small and personal. There was separate shower from toilet. There was toast and butter for breakfast. The pool was very inviting and very refreshing after a hot day of ruins exploring. Rooms were large with several table tops.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel at the end of our 16 day trip around Cambodia. What you see in the photos is not what you actually get. I have stayed in better hostels than what is supposed to be 4 star hotel. When we complained the lady who appeared to be in charge just kept smiling and saying covid had affected them. All the other 4 hotels we stayed in were affected as well, but provided excellent accommodation. While we were there the room was not cleaned any day, the bed was not remade, towels replaced (of which there was only 2 tatty towels) and the bin beside the toilet was not emptied. Covid could not have affected any of this. Breakfast was a boiled kettle placed on the table with 2 sachets of coffee and 2 tea bags, stale bread and a cold omelette. We left all the breakfast on the 1st morning and didnt even attempt it the next 2 days. I would have moved to another hotel but we had a driver taking us to the airport and didnt want to disrupt the arrangements so basically we just slept there.

Customer service is very friendly. The hotel has potential but needs a lot of work. All the photos are clearly from a long time ago. The hotel has aged. They just opened after years of closure due to COVID so keep that in mind. Everything seemed a bit run down. The restaurant had not opened yet so they upgraded our room instead. This was fine and it was a quick, cheap ride or walk to food. The Tuktuk was not in operation for the free ride to the airport and they were very apologetic and tried hard to make it right but we had to get to our flight and used Grab to get another. Met our basic needs of a bed and shower but nothing more. Not the place for any luxury currently.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights which was already paid. Arrived at hotel and got greeted with "sorry because electricity (?) problems we cannot provide you any rooms or breakfast". They offered a weak alternative hotel. At the same time a whole bus with asian tourists (around 20) arrived and checked in. That seemed funny somehow so we asked what game they are playing. Anyway as most of you know, discussions in such countries are useless. So we were forced to search for a new hotel and basically got thrown out. Sucks.

The hotel is on main road where convenient to go night market and other place. Tuk tuk also easy reach. The room is big with double twin bed and the price is very reasonable. The room clean and safe. Recommend who visit as solo and couple and family.

We loved this place and if it wasn't for the pandemic I would have stayed all month! We originally booked a week at this hotel but extended our stay as it was just such a great find. The location was great. Not right in the heart of the city but near enough to stroll to Pub Street, the river and markets. The hotel tuk-tuk service was always prompt and reasonable prices. The hotel room was exceptional with plenty of wardrobe space, big comfortable bed and super big bath! There was a shower room too but I hadn't seen a bath for several months and luxuriated in the warm tub 😀 The food was good quality and reasonably priced, bit limited for vegetarians but always delucious. We stayed with breakfast included and there was plenty of options available there. What really made our stay at this hotel so great and why we extended our stay, was the staff. Everysingle member of staff from cleaners, reception staff, waitresses and managers, were, without exception, polite and friendly. Upon arrival we were most warmly welcomed and, as it was our anniversary the bed in our room was decorated most beautifully with swans and rose petals. We certainly felt very special. But not just when we arrived, every day! We were looked after and nothing was ever a trouble to staff. It was a joy to return to the hotel after a busy day/night. Absolutely 5* staff

I have no idea how this hotel managed a 5* rating. This is the first time I have ever checked out of a hotel before sleeping there but there were so many issues, this is what happened, even though the reservations manager saw fit to charge us $90. The $50 deposit was kind of fair as they'd held the room for us, but to charge an extra $40 or threaten to take it out of an employee's wages if we didn't pay it was really outrageous. Despite the promise on messenger of a light room, there were no windows so it was dark and quite depressing. The sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases were stained and there were cats on tables in reception - I am allergic to them unfortunately. In addition the pool was murky and the whole place had a feel of neglect. Avoid at all costs.
