This place has been operating for years and appears to be redecorated. The entire downstairs is a restaurant and sitting area where the food is a combination of Western and Khmer. The Western food is excellent having previously been run by Western owners. the breakfasts are huge but not cheap nor expensive. the other food works perfectly as well. Nescafe...

Quiet room at the back. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. I changed from a nearby hotel which was very noisy and was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Coffee and tea making facilities available all morning downstairs near the reception.

I stayed there for 4 nights together with my travel buddy. We had a very warm welcome and got a cold beer :P The staff was always super friendly, attentious and cared about our well-being. Its location is awesome, 5 minutes walk to Pub Street and Old Market. Many offerings (food, laundry, groceries) in the same street. Our double room...

The rooms are spacious and clean, we slept in a twin a/c bedroom, and you get coffee with fresh milk for free in the morning, but the most important thing is the staff - they are friendly, attentive, and would do anything in their power to help and make your stay better. We had been traveling for a few weeks...

The location is good, nice area close to all Siem Reap has to offer. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable bathrooms need upgrade and or renovation. Tvs in room old but working. Also need to upgrade. Food, service and staff good. Friendliest of them all is Housekeeping.

I'm pretty low maintenance and quite acquainted with budget guesthouses in a few countries in Southeast Asia, but based on the reviews here I thought this would be something special. Instead, I had no hot water (not once did I have a hot shower in 3 days!) during my stay, swarms of mosquitos in my room, a rock hard bed...

I've stayed here a couple of times now, and they were great experiences. The staff is second to none. They are truly kind people who care about you. It's location is great, and the rooms are cheaper than all of their neighbors. The rooms are kept very clean, and they are plenty comfortable. I think this place is the best...

Very nice place with really kind and helpful staff (some of them speak very good English). Compared to other places we paid a very reasonable price and they even included a small breakfast for us. Close to the touristic center but however quite calm (except of live music from the opposite bar). Also the food is highly recommendable if you...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
WHERE EAST MEETS WESTS...... We are a budget guesthouse, but we believe our service is first class. We want to give our guests the Asian experience, but also satisfy them with the Western expectation of cleanliness and efficiency. All our customer service staff speak good English, and are always available to assist you, in any way to make your stay with us enjoyable. Through our guesthouse we also support some village schools who teach English for free to poor children, and we also support our staff, by finding them sponsors so that they, and their families can have some financial assistance when and if necessary, and also to assist them to go to university. ... more   less
