We booked a family room for family of 4. Room is very spacious and well designed. I like the layout of the room and the fact that it comes with two toilets, hence avoiding the morning rush :)
Hotel staff were very hospitable and they surprised us by remembering my daughter's birthday - first by decorating the room prior to our check in and subsequently presenting her with a birthday cake.
Location is convenient - just round the corner from Pub Street. We booked our transport (tuk tuk to Angkor Wat and car to Beng Mealea) through the hotel which were well arranged.
Overall, a good holiday for us, thanks to the attentive and hospitable staff at Central Suite!

We stayed at Central for 5 nights in early March2020. We were originally part of a tour group and were staying at the Victoria Angkor, which was further away. At completion of our tour,we moved here. Though different hotels for various reasons, we enjoyed both equally. Upon arrival at Central, we were greeted with cold towels and drinks. Though we were early for our checkin, Mr Story assured us we would have a room in a few minutes. We were easily upgraded from 2twins to 1king. (it's covid19 season).The street was actually torn up for repaving, but did not effect the enjoyment of the hotel. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shopping, streetfood, vendors, The staff are very friendly, and able to suggest things to do, things to eat, we were always greeted with cold towels and hellos upon return. The towels were so nice, since it was about 37c everyday we were there. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed, A/C worked fine. The music from around the corner was heard in the wee hours, but did not bother us. Wifi connection was fine, to phones and laptops. Elevator had sanitizer in it. Lobby was nice and inviting. We had breakfast buffet included,which was a great way to start the day. But not required, since everything is available just outside the hotel. The pool area was nice and had a swim up bar with happy hour, the bartenders were great fun. Sun is at a premium as the hotels are all squeezed together, so the sun has to be mostly overhead. The staff, especially Story, made the stay memorable. Always saying hello and wishing us a nice day. They also had free minibus shuttle to airport, plus they sent one of the staff along to point us to the right counter. I would highly recommend, and would choose this hotel again. I don't usually share secrets but this one l will. Having left behind our usual hotel with a ten minutes walk to Pub street, we ventured onto Sok San Road, booking the Central Suites with a two minute walk to Pub Street. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay. Lovely big cool rooms, super comfortable beds, good AC and large balconies (ours overlooked the pool). Balconies are very private as all the rooms are staggered in such a way you are not overlooked. Bathrooms have a great rainfall shower with excellent water pressure with an outdoor feel to it made possible with stone floor surrounded by large pebbles and slate tiled walls. Breakfasts are adequate with egg station, Western breakfast foods bacon sausage..etc. Asian dishes, salads and pastries. Nothing is a bother, like requests for extra clothes hangers or the softest pillows you have and gosh they were feather down soft. Unfortunately the pool was unserviceable for the first couple of days but once repairs done there was clear inviting water even though on this occasion l didn't take advantage of it. Most importantly the staff. Firstly Ms. Sokha, a lady who prides herself in knowing her guests are happy and takes time to chat to everyone. However our employee of the month and who l think should be every month is Ms. Lina, she is your go to person for tour information, advise on the area or any problems or requests you have. She is full of smiling energy from the start to the end of her day, but l have to say all staff are full of smiles and eager to know if you have had a good day, even down to the driver who picked us up at the airport. As l mentioned Pub street is literally a two minute walk,. There is a well stocked seven eleven on the street corner should you need anything and a well patronised restaurant opposite the hotel with very reasonable prices. Rooms overlooking pool can get some residual noise from Pub street at night but nothing that won't stop you sleeping. So seek rear rooms if you need quiet. As promised Mama and Papa will be back in the not too distant future.

I would love to give this place 5 stars but I can't for a few reasons. The welcome was very friendly, cold towels, fruit drinks. The room was devine, spacious and clean. The layout, pool and reception areas were very nice. The staff could not be more hospitable and friendly, the pool barman was outstanding in his efforts to ensure we were happy.
However we chose to eat the set meal, included in our booking on our first night and this was a mistake. I've never had a meal where a starter, main course, and dessert are served at the same time on the same platter. But it didn't end there, the food was the worst I experienced on our three week tour of South East Asia. They offer a cooking course here, I was tempted to enrol as I could probably have helped improve standards.
The breakfast offering, though not as bad as the fateful dinner, was not up to the standard experienced elsewhere. Fresh fruit was often gone or limited by 8.00am, the bread wasn't very fresh, fruit juices also ran dry.
The final negative point was that our room was not made up properly after the first night, a point I raised with management and which was remedied.
I make these points to offer constructive criticism. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the staff do their utmost to make you feel welcome, however mistakes were made which we didn't experience in the four other hotels we stayed in on our trip, perhaps we were spoiled. I liked Central Suite Residence a lot, other guests obviously do as well. I wish the hotel every success and would be happy to return

The best accomodation we stayed at in South East Asia! The staff here go out of their way to make sure you are looked after, and are so warm and friendly.
In particular, Ms Sokhat, Rath-Flower, and the all the staff at the front desk and pool bar are excellent. Meeting them was a highlight of our stay. They really care about your comfort and are willing to accomodate any need. We loved talking to them about Cambodian culture, the best foods to try, and they were patient in helping us learn a bit of the language.
The facilities are great, and the food and drinks and the hotel are very well priced. We loved relaxing in the pool after a day at Angkor Wat. Facilities are also very clean, and it is located close to pub street, and the night markets. The hotel are able to arrange tuk tuks for you to any location, and can organise last minute tours or experiences.
Couldn’t recommend this place more! Loved it!

The Central Residence Suites was the perfect place to stay in Siem Reap and the personal attention we received from all members of their staff was almost overwhelming. Ms. Sohka, Operation Manager, was always eager to make sure that all of our needs were being met. We want to compliment Mr. Mik in the pool bar, Mr. Pinchu at the front desk, along with others whose names I forget but whose kindness was always appreciated. Also note worthy were our drivers, Mr. Diamond and Mr. Story. Both did a safe and splendid job getting us to and from the airport. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the restaurant and shopping district called Pub Street. Room was spacious and comfortable throughout. We would stay there again and we recommend this hotel.

From the airport pickup to the end of our trip, the warm and great customer service (from each staff we had met on our trip) made us feel right at home. Whilst you can't run away from the night time music from nearby bars, this place is very convenient and walking distance to good food and city markets. A city accommodation that never felt too crowded and you can always have enough space from other guests coupled by the warm customer service made us feel safe at all time. Ask them for a packed breakfast box for your sunrise or early flight trips. Highly recommended for your first trip to Siem Reap and for women travellers:)

Our stay at central Suite was fantastic! Incredible customer service, always very friendly, welcoming and attentive with excellent knowledge of Siem Reap and surrounding areas. Breakfast was delicious every morning and always well stocked. Particular thanks to Mr Story who took special care in remembering our names and ensuring our stay was perfect every day. They also organised a surprise birthday cake and decorated the room for me as well as singing happy birthday to me as the holiday was a birthday present from my partner. Will definitely come back if ever back in Cambodia!

Located just next to the Pub Street, this hotel has a very good reputation around Siem Reap and no wonder why. From the moment you get picked up at the airport you are looked after by a great team that works hard so you can have the best stay and holidays. We spent an amazing time in Central Suite Residence and were very happy with personalised experience. The hotel is luxury, our room was spacious and well cleaned every day. The breakfast offered range of food for everyone's taste and my favourite afternoon happy hour with drinks offered some interesting combinations. We enjoyed cooking class, endless conversations with the team and the chilled atmosphere. We will miss this place. Thank you

Picked this hotel because of the great reviews and was not disappointed. Booked it last minute and asked for a pick up from the airport with little notice. Great communication and was picked up by Mr Story and a driver. Lots of advice and information and although we arrived earlier than normal check in a room was made available. Rooms are massive and well appointed and are architecturally attractive with lots of the fixtures built into the fabric of the building. Looks like a brand new building and there was some building work in the surrounding area but not intrusive. The hotel is about 3 minutes to the main Pub street area which is great as it’s quiet without being isolated. Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. We stayed 3 nights and the breakfasts were fantastic setting us up for a temple visits. We did the tourist thing and got up at 4:30 to watch a sunrise and Mr Story arranged a driver and breakfast. Pool is clean and as this is a small hotel we were always able to find a bed. We made the most of the happy hour at the pool bar with great cocktails expertly prepared. Great hotel made excellent by the wonderful staff.
