There are much better hostels at a lower prize in a better location with better service. We had some trouble with the bathrooms doors, they didnt close and in our first room (they swapped us after that) a friend got stuck in the bathroom for several minutes, they had to call someone to break the door so he could get...

As the title suggests this is an ideal place to stay if just for a good nights sleep before and after the 'W' or 'O' treks - the hostel has a pretty good breakfast, very comfy rooms & beds with an attractive communal area but was really lacking any atmosphere at all in relatively-low-season of November. We got locked out...

You will love this hostel if you are travelling in a larger group. The common areas can easily be accommodated by all hostel guests at once. The staff knows a lot about the national park, possible trekking routes and shares information you likely won't get anywhere else. On top of that they have always been very friendly. A downside is...

Dorms are fresh and airy. Family rooms spacious and well appointed. The bilingual manager is very helpfull and obliging. No cooking facilities but not a problem in this town. Not the cheapest but you get more than you pay for.

We stayed here for 4 nights (2 either side it our walk in Torres del Paine). The room(s) we stayed in were nice. There are 4 + 6 bed dorms and then private rooms - each of the dorms and the private rooms has it's own bathroom, which is cool. Bathrooms are standard, with good, hot, powerful showers. Beds were...

We were placed in this hostel through a travel agency in Buenos Aires. It was the low point of our trip in Patagonia. The first room we were placed in had a horrible odor. The bathroom obviously had poor ventilation leading to some mold starting to grow around the edges of the wall. The poor ventilation of the bathroom combined...

We stayed here for three nights before and after the completing the W trek in Torres del Paine and stayed in a private double with en suite. We were impressed with the rooms (for the price) and level of service and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone or stay hear again should the opportunity arrive. Upon arrival...

We came to Puerto Natales to do the W trek in Torres del Paine. He was so knowledgeable about the trip and what we should expect. I wished we had just booked everything through him! We stayed in the a room with 2 bunk beds - everything (rooms and bathrooms) were very clean and lots of hot water. Breakfast was...

We stayed here with 5 friends and we loved it. We stayed here for 2 nights before completing the "W" circuit and 2 nights after. We had a lovely room upstairs with a private bathroom. The place was very quiet and we loved our time here. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used that a couple of times. They...

We stayed at this hostel for 1 night while in Puerto Natales. When we first arrived it was being fumigated and were told we could move our luggage in but were recommended to wait for a couple hours before staying in the rooms. The rooms are small but clean. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. The only...
