Beware! This is an untrustworthy business that adds hidden fees and refuses to return personal property! There are plenty of travel agencies you can work with in Patagonia – do yourself a favor and don’t do business with this one. Carla is dishonest and a thief. Patagonia is such an awesome place - you don’t need to introduce bad karma...

Loved staying at Glacier Gray Hostel, Chile. The rooms were clean, beautiful decorations. Food was excellent! Tended bar with delicious Pisco Sours. The view was breathtaking. I recommend a stay for a few nights, there are many day hikes, Kayaking, and glacier hiking.

This was the worsed place stayed at during four week trip. Tiny scruffy room. Asked to be moved as rest of group had spacious updated rooms. Staff unhelpful and unsympathetic . Would have walked out if I had my own transport

Powder milk can be surprising (possible to store food in the fridge for your own preferred stuff). 5,000 pesos of you want to do a load of laundry (air-dry outside or...

We only stayed here because our other hostel was full, but we we were really pleased with it. It has a cozy, homey feel and the lady who runs it is really sweet and she made us scrambled eggs for breakfast. When we were there, a young German guy was helping out, and he was super nice as well. They...

Having spent eight nights in a tent we looked forward to some comfort on our return to Puerto Natales. Not to be! This was without doubt the worst experience of out great trip to Chile. The building is not clean, the room was cramped, and the breakfast was a joke. A single bread roll (on the table since the night...
