My wife and I stayed here for one night having flown into Puerto Arenas and reached the hotel after a 2.5 hour drive from the airport. It is outside Puerto Natales, but don’t let the location put you off! This is an outstanding and unique property situated in a stunning location on the shores of a sea inlet with views...

Really clever how the architect has converted an early 20th century industrial building in to a luxury hotel whilst still incorporating a feel of the original building . It was originally a huge meat processing plant that closed in the early seventies and is now a national monument you can still do a tour of the place and see a...

This is supposed to be one of the best hotels of the area and also very pricey so my expectations were high Right off the bat the service was beyond poor at the front desk- 40 minutes to check inn and we were the only ones there The rooms are nice and comfortable with a beautiful view The halls however...

Visited a few years ago. You are made to feel at home. Their entire team ensures you are happy. The grounds, rooms, look and feel of this resort is beyond words. Their great looking bar serves up amazing drinks. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The chef prepared us a dish not listed on their menu. Gracious people. Incredible...

Friendly and professional check in. Amazing industrial building with extremely good decor. Modern but comfortable room with extraordinary view of the “seno de la ultima esperanza”. We had also an excellent dinner that I could rate with a michelin star. It is really surprising to find such a high quality hotel and restaurant in such an isolated town. Not to...

We stayed at this hotel as part of our Patagonian tour with my family, and the experience was great! The hotel staff was so helpful and made our experience very enjoyable. The location of the hotel can't be beat, right on the water with a great view of the mountains. We took advantage of the excursions, and went fly fishing...

This has to be the most unique hotel we have ever visited. It is built around an old sheep processing plant with mush of the early 20th Century mechanical equipment still in place. The rooms, reception area and bar/restaurant are build "within/around" the old equipment which makes if feel like you are staying in a "museum". Very friendly helpful staff...

Driving into The Singular, I thought surely this can't be as luxurious as I've read about - the buildings look so old and run down. Which is exactly what it's supposed to look like as this is an historical factory building with a fascinating history. Built in among all the history is this amazing luxury hotel. You have to go...

Amazing hotel on the water. Loved every minute. Food was excellent and took advantage of the excursions including a hike to the base of the towers. (got to be done!) Difficult to find a better place to stay. The personell are very gentle, polite and prepared, the rooms are spacious but the best thing of the room is the full window in the all room that make you see the outside the great view. The restaurant is very good but the atmosphere is just umbetable
