We were very excited to get reservations at the restaurant (we didn't stay at the hotel) and are glad we went, but the food was not as good as the price would indicate. Servers were very nice, we loved our cocktails, wine, and dessert. But...More

Today I received an email from them announcing their new website. May be that is why you had trouble contacting them . The reservations office is located in Santiago and they are working all year around. So try again.

I am sure there are but not sure how you would go about organising. I hate tours per se but really enjoyed the Singular ones - it's really relaxed. One the kayak trip I was the only person and on a couple of the others there were only 3of us. Not sure if they have changed their policy re full board - when I stayed you had the option of opting out of the tours and having a cheaper rate - it would do to check with the hotel. Have fun. Cheers Jen
