This place was a nice place to stay while visiting Puerto Natales. The owner was very nice and helpful. Our room was warm and comfortable with a pretty view. It is in a great location. Would definitely stay there again!

The reception lady was very kind, the room ok, but it was very windy at this time (what is normal there), and tro sleep by this window is ok only for sleeping bag. BUT... we asked, if we can leave some luggage there.. to not take everything to Patagonia, and ' sure, no problem', as it was already visible. When... More

We booked a room before going to Torres del Paine. This is not a hostel but a homestay. We didn't feel welcome and had no conversation with anyone in the house (although we are social people!). Our room was a home-made room under the stairs, right next to the living room with no windows. There was so much noise all... More

Even if the place was a very basic one I was very pleased with it. The niece manages it for her oncle who owns it. She was very friendly, nice and knew a lot of things about the town and the things to do in the area. I helped her with the camera as she had to go on the... More

Definitely do not rent equipment here and try not to stay here unless you're completely desperate. I wish we had read the reviews about their crappy equipment before it was too late. I really wanted to like this place but almost everything was bad. The only exception was Edmundo, who gave us some good trekking advice and was super nice.... More

An old but very nice house where you feel very familiar right from the beginning. Kitchen is for free use and they offer a cheap laundry service. Location is inbetween bus terminal and center, so very good. Tiny bathrooms but clean. Stuff is very helpful like with booking buses or accomodation at other places around in Patagonia (Chile and Argentina).... More

We had a phantastic time there Christmas and celebrate together with all guests and the owner. The owner and the rest of the stuff are really helpful and friendly. You can rent your equipment for a trek to the Torres del Paine if you need and the owner can give some of the best tip, because he is as well... More

We booked a reservation for hotel Bellavista a week up front at booking.com. Upon arrival the owner notified us that she had made a mistake and 'accidentally' overbooked and that we must be transferred to another nearby hostel with the 'same' conditions and price. I have to mention that she didn't seem to be very sorry and it felt like... More

Our stay here was a mixed bag and, were it not for a bad experience as outlined further below, we'd have given this place three stars. It would be better to describe Bellavista as a homestay. As, well, that's exactly what it is. And this is a warm, friendly and very cozy homestay with a good kitchen, small garden space... More
