Stayed 3 nights (21-24 Sep 2016), booked a Single Room with City View on Expedia for USD90/night including breakfast. Arrived by bus from Punta Arenas, it's either 30+ mins walk or a quick 5-minute taxi to the hotel. Check-in was ok, the lobby was really cozy and heart all the rustic wood decor, large area with a lot of sofas....

We arrived in a terrific gale which blew most of the night. The hotel is done out in a Scandinavian chic style. The rooms were ok and befitted the lodge feel of the place. We arrived too late for dinner but the lounge areas seemed nice and were geared to the natural surroundings. The view from our bedroom across the...

Arrived late to a wonderful welcome from the staff. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and there was a good selection of local beer in the bar. Apparently there are good views, but we only saw cloud and rain. Would like to have stayed longer, but like many other guests, it was a stop en route to the National...

Stayed in this hotel just one night as part of a tour of Patagonia with Cox and Kings. The rooms were large and comfortable but the real attraction of the hotel were the views. Amazing views over Last Hope Sound.

Small but well equipped room. Make sure to ask for room facing the water with wonderful view of the snow-capped mountains. Rainbows over the water make it magical. Some excellent restaurants in town but they are generally a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Busy hotel as it is the largest in Puerto Natales and it seems to be the preferred...

Only here for 1 night and sadly didn't arrive until 22.30. The room was on the 4th floor, light and airy with comfortable beds, and water provided in the room. The bathroom was compact but with a good shower and lovely toiletries. The bar was good fun and the food enjoyable with large portions. Breakfast was busy but the buffet...

We treated ourselves by paying over £120 GBP a night for this sea view hotel in Puerto Natales, a slightly grubby town thar is gateway to fabulous peaks of Torre del Paine. There is a lovely young woman on the reception desk who couldn't be nicer, but everyone else seems stressed and a bit sulky. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms hottish...

Thank you very much for writing to us and leaving us your comments. We will send your comments to the woman at the reception and the stress should be the amount of work we have had throughout the summer, but nothing serious. Thank you very much again. Best regards. Gema Estrada.

The hotel is on the waterfront offering great views across to the mountains. Rooms on the front have a lovely view across the water. Supermarket and restaurants in the centre of town are within walking distance. Rooms are a good size.
