I stayed here 2 nights when I was in Puerto Natales. The owner is very helpful. The breakfast was great. I stayed in a single room, and the bed was comfy. This place is only 3mins walk from town centre. Lots of restaurant around. It is very cold in Puerto Natales, though it was summer when I was there, people...

Not the cheapest place in town, but worth every penny. Fluent English, Spanish and German spoken. All tours can be arranged at the hostel. Just round the corner from the main square, with its numerous restaurants, bars and bank. 100m from the fjord, 400m from a supermarket. We also left a jacket behind, which Cecila sent on for us. Could...

We stayed here twice, before and after our W Trek. We chose it as we could leave our luggage safely locked up while we were trekking for free. It was great, the place is really cosy and our fave was the delicious jam at breakfast! I had the room booked on the way back as a shared bathroom as no...

pros: location close to the center, owners try to help with anything. shared showers pretty cool. cons: room was a bit too small for us... there's a nice "american dinner" not far from the hostel, was very tasty and reasonably priced.

We spent 4 days with Casa Cecilia as we bounced between hiking trips in the parks of Chile and Argentina this past December. In short, without Cecilia's help our trip would not have been the success it was; she was fabulous. As the hostel has an associated travel agency and gear rental there is pretty much nothing they can't do....

Really nice and hard working people! Breakfast is amazing! The best we had in 4 months traveling. It is true that the walls are thin but, although the hotel was full, the noise was more than acceptable. (Strict rules). Bernhard speaks 4 languages and will advice you on everything. I would definitely go back to this hotel!

I stayed at Casa Cecilia for 3 nights at the end of my visit to Chile. As its a long country, and Puerto Natales represents the very end, I arrived after many long travels. Casa Cecilia was a great place to call home. The central location is great. My bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom immaculate. I speak no...

We stayed 5 nights in Casa Cecilia and would come back anytime. We loved to wake up in the morning to the smell of the homemade bread the owners make. Delicious! Breakfast is very good, including yummy cheese, jam, ham, cornflakes, milk, juice, tea etc. Also , it is served from 6.30-10(?!)am, which allows you to have breakfast before heading...
