Stayed here in October 2015. I had lost my wallet on the bus. Realised as it walked the two blocks to this hotel/hostel. At the bus station slow and disinterested in chasing it up for me. When I explained things at the hotel we worked an alternative way to pay, and next day they rand the bus company and then...

I had to cut my stay short because I couldn't get transportation to Torres Del Paine. So I'm disappointed and have travelled all these distances. I needed to check into a place. I found this one closest to the bus terminal. I booked in for to nights because I was so tired. I rested and then got up to brush...

Hotel is small but comfortable. The person at the front desk was excellent. He spoke English as though he's lived in the states all his life and was very informative and welcoming. Stayed here one night before going to Los Torres and also left our things for 6 days while we were away. Recommended for anyone transferring through Puerto Natales.

We arrived at the bus terminal and chose this hotel on the basis of it being in the town center, according to the info desk. A woman picked us up and drove us to the hotel. It`s actually 2 blocks from the bus terminal, very far from the center, in an ugly area, and totally impractical in terms of renting...

I only stayed at this hotel for one night, but I found the lady on reception very helpful with v good English, and although they don't do wake up calls they can lend you an alarm clock! The room itself was fairly small but clean and tidy with a TV and the wifi was good. The hotel is a great...

We stayed in this Hotel from 07/01/14 till 08/01/14 and we're not fully satisfied with it. We were back from 2 days in Torres Del Paine, after 2 days living in our tent under 2 days of unstopped rain and found this Hotel not good! The price was expensive for that quality. We stayed in DBL. Room was not clean...

Stayed here before and after our W trek. Great price for a hotel-style private room and bathroom and a simple breakfast of bread, ham, cheese, coffee, cereal, yogurt, and some little cookies. Comfortable and a good nights sleep for a very decent price.

I wasn’t expecting much when overnighting in Puerto Natales at Hostal Alcazar before transferring to Torres Del Paine in late November 2012. I didn’t realize when booking, but the hostel is conveniently located near the bus terminal for the bus from Calafate (Argentina), slightly downhill and only about 2 blocks away (see the attached tourist map from the bus terminal...
