I felt like I wast transported back to the 60's. Fantastic hospitality and warm cozy guest rooms and great lounge rooms at this fantastic hostel. This is not like any Hostel I've ever stayed at before. They also have really good food - and of course wine - you must drink wine when in Chile:) The Restaurant right across the...

I stayed here for one night and it was just what I needed. The place is cosy & warm, the atmosphere is rustic and earthy (in a good way), the showers were hot and had good flow, the bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly. There is also a lovely cafe attached which makes lovely coffees, snacks, sandwiches salads...

We stayed at the Amerindia on two occasions for one night each before and after a trek in the Torres del Paine national park. The reception staff in particular were delightful and the whole place had a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Our rooms on both occasions were small and quite basic but there was a pleasant quiet sitting area on the...

We stayed two nights at the Amerindia before and after our trek on the W trail in Torres de Paine National Park. We had a different room each time. We slept really well each time (it helped that we were bushed on the second night). The décor is hippy-funky and very Puerto Natales. The staff of the hotel is first-rate....

I was part of a 5-man kayak expedition that stayed at Amerindia for several days. The staff was excellent and the rooms are very functional for large groups. Breakfast was very nice and the ambiance is delightful. I recommend this hostel highly.

Very nice and warm welcome. the cafeteria is very comfortable and warm. The room is not what we are used to in terms of standard so it may be difficult to judge. the room was tiny, the walls not very solid and with the Wind blowing out we felt like we would be torn away from our bed. bathroom very...

Rooms are spacious and attractive - and heated. There are lovely communal areas. Staff are helpful and friendly. We ate in the café the evening we stayed there and the food was really good. Yes there are cheaper places but this was value for money - when I asked my friends which place we had stayed in over 4 weeks...

We had a really good time in this hotel : the team there is welcoming and do not hesitate to help you if you have any question/ issue during your trip there. The rooms are good and have a real charm. And the breakfast is perfect.

The reception is inside a very charming cafe, which is unfortunately totally overpriced (around 3,000 pesos for a cup of coffee), which is why we didn't try any of the food there, although it looked quite appetising. The breakfast however, which is served in the cafe, was a nice change to the breakfast buffets at most of the other places...
