Good hostel. The owner and staff are really helpful and friendly. The hostel is also a tourism agency and we booked our trips through them. Great advice and knowledge. The hostel is good, warm and also has a friendly dog to keep guest entertained. Breakfast and showers are good too! Highly recommend this place!

We exchanged a few emails with Marisol before arriving - she helped us book a tour to see the penguins (for about 3/4 the price we saw advertised online) and was really nice about letting us hang out at the hostel before catching our flight back to Santiago in the evening (we left the hostel about 11pm).

It was one of the best hostels on our Chile trip. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was large with well working shower and very clean. You would not see that it was shared and used by a bunch of people. Breakfast was good and had even yogurt without sugar (Germans miss that when in Chile)....

The hostel is close to the city center. If you are coming by bus (Bus Sur), then the final stop for this bus is only about 3 blocks away. Easy to walk to restausrants. There is a supermarket right in the next block. Money changers are two blocks away. So a very convenient location. The staff were very helpful. I...

Shared bathroom with two twins costs 45000 paid in cash. The room and bathroom is very clean. You have to bring your own shampoo and soap. The owner is a very nice lady and provided great advises for the tour. It is noise when a group of guests chatting in the dining room. The breakfast only had bread and Oat...

We stayed here for 1 night before and after doing the W walk. The hostel is clean and well located but costing 45,000 cp for a twin room with shared bathroom and a limited breakfast was poor value when we compare to other places we stayed in during our 1 month travels in Chile. Wifi was poor.

It is a small, but very comfortable and clean hostel. During my trip through South Africa i met the most helpful and kind hostel owner. He speaks perfectly German, English and Spanish. He helped me book a ferry tour to Puerto Williams and the flight back. It was a spontaneous trip with incredible nature. I definitely recommend the place
