Today we booked this "hotel", but it was horrible. Room not clean, bed not clean. We stayed one minute and escape from this place. Not recommended. Rooms are under construction. TripAdvisor can not list this kind of place.

I recommend this place if you go to Punta Arenas. The owners are wonderful people & Lili is a fantastic woman with a lot of stories of the region. The place is very well located and safe, the rooms are very comfortable and the relation with other passengers in the kitchen is amazing! I went to this place after i...

We were so looking forward to this hotel, they have a beautiful website... It turned out to be the dirtiest place for the most money we stayed in throughout Chile. The bathroom was covered in hairs, the bed was lumpy, sheets were dirty and they even had holes. The staff were very unfriendly. When I came accross the previous occupant´s...

Here is a place that I found searching the internet. As I got there very late at night it was a little long before they would open the door but as soon as I could come in, I saw that this place was a good one. Went to bed and the next morning I took my included breakfast which was...

Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast room. Occasional visits by very cute dachshund. Room was a little small for repacking two people's hiking gear, and we were unable to turn off the heater, but otherwise perfectly adequate. Bad smell of drains in the room.

Hotel Hain is absolutely fine, basic but fine! I have no major complaints bar thin walls and broken shower head but it really was very much overpriced. Breakfast was fine, the staff were extreamly kind and helpful with our washing and info on Torres, they also kept a bag for us while we went trekking for 5 days which was...

Mixed feelings about the Hain: it /does/ seem to need a bit of attention but everything works just fine. The bed is perfectly comfortable and although I was on the main street I had no problems with street noise. Noisy neighbours might be an issue though. What sold it to me though was the wonderful attention given by Señora Liliana:...

The bed was one if the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the staff were very helpful but the hotel needed a lot if repair.. The window in my room was held together with string and its on a busy road so not a great sleep despite the cosy bed.weak shower. Further from town than I expected also....

Interesting wooden-all-over-place situated in an old house, which are in need of repairs many places. The staff was not all that attentive and our room was a bit dirty, and not a brilliant idea with an all wood bathroom. I feel the staff should be more attentive to the customers needs. The area is OK, a bit of a walk...

This is one of the cosiest places I've been on my trip. A lot of reviews I read on this site that say this place is lousy, are overexaggerated. It might be true however, that the doors don't close hermetically, windows aren't soundproof and the rooms are not the newest, but to me, that just was exactly the character of...
