Everything about Ilaia was delightful, from the friendly staff to the quirky decor. The rooftop lounge is a great perch to survey the town and spend a few relaxing afternoon hours. The staff was even kind enough to prepare an early breakfast on the day of our departure.

What an absolutely delightful stay experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like we were family. The staff was beyond friendly. The complimentary breakfast delicious. The accommodations were comfortable, particularly the common living space with the view of the city on the top floor. Easy walkability. As the dear staff said as we left, “Ciao! Enjoy life” –...

A slightly quirky, pretty but modern little hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are large with comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. The cosy upstairs lounge with sea views is a highlight, as is the healthy delicious breakfast. Tea available all day. Walk back from town is a bit uphill but only takes about 10 minutes.

The Hotel Ilaia certainly merits its rating. It is an easy walk from two of the bus pick up points and is in a quietish side street. The staff are all very welcoming and cannot do enough to help. Rooms are basic but clean and functional. The best feature is the roof top room with a 360 degree view of...

Really lovely, cozy hotel where the staff make you feel very welcome. We stayed for two nights while travelling around Patagonia and the Ilaia made a pleasant change to some of the places we stayed in. They were also very helpful in arranging things ahead of our visit via email and set us up a breakfast at 4.30am!

We spent 4 nights with my son in this simple but nice and charming hotel run by a family with a true sense of hospality. Very clean, very nice top floor living room and just a great great healthy breakfast.

The moment you step into the hotel you are made to feel a home. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. As our first time to the city they spent time marking up a map to use to see the sites, shop and eat at their recommended restaurants which turned out to be amazing. The rooms were a good size....

We stayed here for two nights at the end of our trip from Patagonia. The hotel is adorable and quaint. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious and healthy (and provided even when we left early for a penguin tour). We had a double standard room that was very small with very thin walls! But for a...

This is a hotel with a focus on a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and personable with an attention to detail to make sure that all of our needs were met. Breakfast is included and served at the time that you set the evening before. The rooms are comfortable with large beds and adequate wifi access. We would be...
