Most likely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in - and the hotel is probably not too bad (although the room we had smelled really musty and damp) but the staff are just absolutely and completely unprofessional! I have never ever seen such behaviour in a hotel from reception to waiting staff. To begin with we were given a room...

Stayed only one night prior to departure on board Stella Australis, from Punta Arenas to Ushuaia, via Cape Horn & loved it. An exceptional Hotel & ideally located in this interesting Town. A large room with comfortable Bed & Pillow. The shower was excellent & the view from our corner room overlooking the City Square & Port area was delightful....

The hotel staff were friendly enough. I didn't like the quite aggressive insistence on giving out my personal email address on checking in (which I never do in hotels), but heck I can live with that. I just make one up if I'm feeling tired. The Room was comfortable and clean but stank of air freshener but we left the...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your detailed comments on the services of the hotel and your stay with us. We regret a lot of the external noises we have worked with the corresponding authorities on this point and we hope to continue doing it to improve these annoyances during the weekends. Sincerelly, Emilia

We stayed at Hotel Cabo de Hornos when travel with a tour group. The rooms are bright, well equipped, and comfy. The front desk help was wonderful when giving us directions to bars and restaurants in the area. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Great location to the town square. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived on time to check in from Santiago. The checkin clerk was vey slow. Turns out that the rooms that we had booked (two couples) were not available as there was double booking. However, two tour groups arrived after us and were checked in. we are still standing at Reception right now after being offered a flea pit as...

We had to stop over as we couldn't make our flight coincide with our transfer up to Torres del Paine national park . It's the oldest hotel in the town but has been refurbished - the public areas are much better than the standard old fashioned box shape rooms - clean and quiet and adequate , but Our friends stayed...

We stayed as part of a tour group and overall had a very nice experience. Hotel is right on the main square and convenient to restaurants and attractions in the town. The room was not that large but was adequate for our needs with a distant view of the Magellan Strait. Breakfast was very good. Did not eat lunch in...

Stayed for two nights and enjoyed it very much, with front desk staff exceptionally helpful, room with a nice view and inviting lobby and restaurant. Parking is on street, limited free spots in front of hotel, but over night on street parking is free all over town, so no issue.

We stayed here 14 years ago and enjoyed it again this time. A modern, bright corner room on a high floor with spectacular view over the Magellan Strait towards Tierra del Fuego from one window and over the colourful roofs of the town from the other window. Excellent location of course right on the main square, so handy to walk...
