My parents were on a 16 day cruise when my father got ill and was hospitalized in Punta Arenas. My mother stayed at the Hotel Savoy and I later flew down to meet her. This is a small family run business. They were extremely courteous and went out of their way to be helpful and make us feel at home....

The room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed was comfortable but...

We travelled up from Ushuaia to Torres del Paine and places to stop are limited. This hotel was included with our tour (we were with a group) but was basic. Satisfactory and no real problems but I would not have chosen this one for myself.
