Stayed one night in punta arenas. The hotel is nice and comfy. - Rooms are large but our room was facing the main road so nosy - Breakfast starts at 8am so we missed - Hotel is very close to different bus stops and tour operators so no need to take a cab

The host man is really annoying and with a sense of humor that passengers does not like. That's the worst part of the hostal. Rooms and bathroom are fine but pretty noisy in the morning. It is expensive for the quality. The ladies from the personal makes you feel comfy after all. In front of the hostal there is a...

We were traveling with the kids and got 2 rooms on the first floor with private baths. The staff was very welcoming. I would stay there again especially if I didn't have to walk into town. It was a few blocks from the casino.

Nice hotel close to the center. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. The personal is very gentle and helpful. Breakfast buffet is provided. The price is reasonable for the quality of service. If possible ask for another room than the one on the street-side.

Clean rooms, not-so-clean kitchen, friendly staff, efficient service. Simple breakfast with only instant coffee. Noisy until late at night as the reception is very near to the rooms. Located at walking distance from the city center. Reception staff charged a considerable commission for the tours they organized for us. We would have been far better off if we had booked...

What a nice welcome we received from the staff. The hostal is not luxurious but clean and comfortable and inexpensive compared to the larger hotels in Punta Arenas. The breakfast was good. The staff made sure our taxis were ordered on time and that all went well.

The place is new, looks really good and very welcoming. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and rich breakfast in a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Could be better located but still close to the center (restaurants, shops etc...). Highly recommended

Incredibly friendly. Immaculately clean. Nice new facilities. Staff went out of their way to make us a breakfast before we went on our penguin Tour early the next morning and it was waiting for us outside a room at 6:00am. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. Also a great place to stay if you are going on...

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay before leaving Patagonia and its famous winds. The hotel looks very new and well cared for. The room was spacious and very clean - the WiFi signal was excellent (probably the strongest that we've experienced during our trip). The staff was very friendly and helped us call the taxi to the airport (20...

Don't let the few drunks nearby put you off: this is a very clean and friendly hostel with airy and spacious rooms (# 4 anyway) and charming staff. 5 minutes walking distance to the center with the shopping and sights. Comfy beds and warm to hot rooms, just what you want in this corner of the world. Oh, and did...
