With no reservations, we decided to give it a try. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was small but after all the hours on a plane who cared. Breakfast came with the room and it was good. We had dinner there our first night. The chef made crab salads that were amazing.

This place worked for us before the Q circuit of the Torres Del Paine. The room was clean and the hotel is near the bus stop, the airport and the town centre. I will add that the breakfast is absolutely terrible but other than that, it was nice and it did the job.

The hotel is in a convenient location and has very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are decent - very clean, but things are a little worn, and the decor is bland (beige). It is very expensive for what you get, but it seems that all the hotels in PA are pricy. Breakfasts were basic: yogurt, canned fruit, bread, scrambled...

We stayed here one night before our flight back to Santiago. I booked on Bookings.com and only paid $100, but wouldn't call it a bargain. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go and had free parking. Still, the rooms, furnishings, linens, etc were all very dated and the breakfast was average. The...

Well positioned in the centre of town, nice staff, a decent bar, good sized rooms. The hotel offered good value for money, and met all our needs. The restaurant was limited but I think just starting out as a restaurant, and was also off season. But a great base overall for exploring the town and area.

A classy hotel in downtown Punta Arenas. Well equipped, clean, satisfactory wifi and support staff. Warm atmosphere appreciated as the temperature was quite low early morning and the evening. Good value with parking and breakfast. Breakfast by the above average.

A reasonable hotel, centrally located in this charming city. Staff in reception, bar, and restaurant were all friendly and helpful. The bar is very popular for locals as well as tourists, which is always more interesting for the traveller. Breakfast buffet was good, with varied choices. The hotel is a little tired, though reasonably clean. Trekkers, hikers, backpackers - no...

Hotel is superb - it comes with a great bar (but what an unfriendly waiter we had before the shift changed!), excellent reception staff, and a comfortable place in the lobby to read away and while the time.. Mostly the location is superb - just opposite the main shopping mall, and a few blocks away from the bus stations -...

Spent a 1 night stop over on our journey to Tierra Del Fuego and were able to walk from the Fernandez bus station to this friendly comfortable hotel. We arrived late evening but the English speaking receptionist quickly checked us in. We had a meal in the bar which was quite busy with local people. The food and wine were...

I haven't stayed at the hotel, but I wished I had. I have been here for dinner several nights of my stay in Punta Arenas. The menu has some nice options for vegetarians and although the restaurant was mostly empty on the nights that I visited (rather late), the atmosphere was nice and the staff very friendly and helpful -...
