We stayed there at our last day of our holiday. We got quite a big room we had 2 twins bed and one king size bed in our room just for two people. Room was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and very helpful while we stayed there. But wifi didn't work in our room because it far from... More

Not only was this hotel a bit further from where you would want to be, it was dirty and run poorly. Further, the room was small, loud, and there was absolutely no water pressure. Breakfast was ok, and the gentleman who checked me out was very nice. Otherwise, I referred to it as the Crapo Manzano and will never return.

Carpa Manzano is a small hotel very well located in Punta Arenas, at a short walking distance from the city center (The Plaza and the Magellan museum). Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is nice and served in a large open room. The staff helps whenever necessary and speaks quite a good English. In fewer words: a good choice when... More

We stayed here two nights before our active adventure South America trip and two nights post trip. Our first two nights our room was very small. Breakfast featured cooked scrambled eggs as well as your standard fare. On our return trip we had a larger more comfortable room. It wasn't difficult to notice the dust and hair under the bathroom... We had 4 of us in one room for one night but it was not a problem. It was with our son and daughter in law. Beds very comfortable , nice big bathroom and good breakfast. We enjoyed being able to walk all over town from this hotel since we didn't rent a car. Staff very helpful with taxi 's... More

I really can't understand the rave reviews for this hotel. The rooms are very small and the whole place feels old and outdated. Two out of the four towels we were given had dirt stains on them. The only power sockets in the room are under the bed and used for the bedside lamps, so if you want to charge... More

Stayed for one night coming back from Torres del Paine and before our cruise on the Australis. We got a very small room, unconfortable bed and fairly run down bathroom. When you travel, what you need is space for your suitcase, a clean bathroom and a confortable bed. We didn't have any of these. From other reviews I saw mentions... More

I booked an airport transfer via email with Miroslava Jadrievic and it wasn't at the airport. I managed to take the airport bus after 27 hours of travel. It was only 3000 pesos but took 1 hour. I was given room 106. Thin walls meant I could hear everything going on in the hallway and my neighbors' rooms. Like a... More

We were here two nights and while it was an average hotel stay (overpriced) they need to make some improvements. The hotel is off the main area of town but we don't mind the walking. There is no elevator. The rooms have comfortable beds but the furniture didn't appear to be clean. There were cup marks on the TV stand... More
