The whole stay experience was phenomenal apart from a small glitch at arrival. That didn't hinder the overall satisfaction of the stay especially the turndown on the 1st night was a super surprise! A bottle of signature Bloody Mary with Zhuhai local ingredients was provided during evening service and it was tasteful. Room was upgraded and we loved the layout and especially the round bathtub. breakfast quality is high, just a small glitch happened that an occupied table was offered to us, then when the original guest came back and saw us sitting at her table, it was getting upsetting for both of us. If you'd like further detail pls feel free to contact me. overall we had a great time celebrating Xmas at the St. Regis Zhuhai.
The St.Regis Zhuhai is no doubt travelers' best option in Zhuhai. No matter what brings you to this city, I highly recommend you to stay here! The facilities and service are first class! Special thanks to Echo, Rain, Kay and all friends from Butler, Loyalty, Housekeeping, Front Office, Restaurants, without every single one of you, the experience wouldn’t be so perfect! Thank you all for your enthusiasm and professionalism! All the best in 2022, Happy New Year, and looking forward to seeing you soon!
Honestly, the facilities of the hotel are not bad. It has awesome decorations and best Macao view in Zhuhai. However, from time to time the service, staff training, maintenance ,food ,even the quality of amenities are going down! Staying in this hotel u won’t have any privacy.I was a big fan of this hotel . Unfortunately,From this year I don’t know where huafa or Marriott hire these guys. Most of them are MEAN , totally UNTRAINED . I have to mention LUNA. Anyways, she told me she didn’t care any complaints or reviews. I cannot imagine why st rigis hire her. The hotel manager ALEXANDER CHALK was always doing some social activities instead of focusing on his work. I recommend him and the senior management team can leave hotel and find another job! I found that they came here were not for work but for retirement. When I was searching this hotel in Chinese app, I found some guests reported this hotel management team even complained or judged its guest in front of the guest but using English! I could not believe it happened in ST RIGIS !I think it’s time for Huafa or Marriott to replace all the foreigner stuffs. Most elite members I known blocked this hotel forever. I think Marriott or Huafa can easily know the difference of income comparing with before or Sheraton Zhuhai. I recommend visitor to choose intercontinental Zhuhai, Angsana Zhuhai ,Relaischateaux instead of St rigis. Sheraton Zhuhai is good ,it has st rigis level management . St rigis Zhuhai has Fairfield level management. Btw, this report is just a beginning.…
Honestly I have been back and forth to decide which hotel I should stay in Zhuhai during this COVID period. Safety and hygiene is my biggest concern, so I decided to stay with a brand I know before I move to Macau. The truth is that I made a right decision. I've got a very good connection with Austin from concierge before my arrival, he and his team helped to well coordinate my transportation and room arrangements. It wasn't an easy trip for me, with carrying two pieces of heavy luggage. Thanks to Austin and the driver Mr. Yang for waiting for me at the train station, making my arrival so smooth. I was also lucky enough to be welcome by Louis, thanks again for the warm greetings. Story did not end. I found big surprise in my room that nice photos of mine and my friend were set with simple nice amenities. I have to say its all about people caring, thank you for making all these home feelings for me. It would not be an easy day for me, saying good bye to my home place and friends after 12 years to continue move to another city, but all these small touches were a super accompany. Thank you again, will definitely come back.…
Who can stop themselves from being wowed when the rooms in this St. Regis hotel slowly turn on? At least I cannot. For many St. Regis or Ritz-Carlton hotels, "luxurious" or "grand" may already be enough to describe the atmosphere there. However, these two words are certainly insufficient for St. Regis Zhuhai. "Majestic" may be the more appropriate word. St. Regis Zhuhai does not spare any effort on its journey to be as classy as possible. Its rooms have the beautiful color match of porcelain white and jade green. The designers have also very delicately injected many beautiful stately artistic elements across the entire room. Even a simple soap stance in the bathroom can attract me to take it up and marvel at its gorgeousness, not to mention the beautiful chandelier and cocktail set there. St. Regis Zhuhai is the most luxurious hotel I have ever encountered that is not yet luxurious to the extent that vulgarity comes. Also worth mentioning is the panoramic view from the rooms: positioned on the highest section of the second tallest building in Zhuhai and Macau, the rooms of St. Regis allow guests to comfortably enjoy the grand skyline of both cities from the sky. It is easy for such a classy architectural and interior design to give guests a feeling that it is a hotel without temperature. Fortunately, the ladies and gentlemen at St. Regis Zhuhai are very warm and heat up the cold environment. Everyone I encountered at St. Regis Zhuhai clearly had a strong passion to help, and they all managed to do that efficiently but, still, really warmly. For instance, I was honored to meet Jasmine during check-in, who was super sweet and friendly. The conservation with her brought me a great sense of being back home after one good day of transportation. At St. Regis Zhuhai, I also met Sherry, the most elegant and delicate butler I have ever encountered. Thank you so much for guiding me to every corner of the room in such a friendly and tender manner despite the late hour. You made me feel being cared and this feeling is really precious that only the most exclusive hotels can offer. Thank you, Sherry! I have never imagined a city as small as Zhuhai can have such a marvelous and refined hotel with such a big team of professional talents. The crown of the hospitality industry in Zhuhai should go to you, St. Regis Zhuhai! I look forward to coming back soon.…
Thanks to the swift and seamless taxi arrangement provided by the concierge team, I was able to catch a train leaving in 21 minutes. The concierge’s helpful attitude and resourceful skills have made the impossible possible. My sincere thanks to Hardy Gao and Austin Zhong for providing first-class and passionate services. If this happens in most other hotels, I would have surely missed the train.
We are grateful that we chose the Saint Regis Zhuhai for a birthday party as it has certainly become the best birthday experience ever. We stayed at the suite overlooking Macau. It was just UNREAL - I think the images speak better for themselves. We would like to extend many thanks for the hotel staff: Bianca, who planned and organised everything; Jim, who took care of us at the buffet; and other staff who showed us incredible hospitality and professionalism. We had a great time and are looking forward to staying here again!! …
The hotel is facing to the sea and Macau. We had an amazing experience there, especially in the lobby lounge. The view is beautiful and the pastry are delicious. The drinks from Alarak were makable, and his service as well. What’s more, the Austin, Johnny, Peter and Bianca are extremely nice.
This hotel may have the best facilities and maintenance in mainland China, but their services are the worst I ever had. On the 15th night, I order some food delivery to the hotel. When the driver arrived he told me the staff at the main lobby was not allowed to put the food inside of the lobby. I just went downstairs to pick up my food, but I saw there was a barbeque delivery put on the concierge desk. I feel that I might fall into some unfair situations. I called the service center to ask why food delivery could not put into the lobby? She said caused by safety considerations. I mentioned why I saw another food delivery put on the deck which is inside of the lobby. She said another customer signed an indemnity form so he had the right to put the food inside the lobby. I asked her to send me the same form immediately I also want to sign it, after 35 mins, a concierge officer sent it to my room. Although I signed the form, I still had some doubts about it. The form only mentioned if I bring and eat the food delivery inside the hotel, they will not respond to any negative consequences caused by the food delivery ,but not mentioned the duty of the concierge at all. It‘s just about the outside food, but my concern was why the food cannot put in the lobby. I made an assumption based on the form I signed that if I pick up the food directly from the driver and eat it in the hotel, the hotel has the duty to respond any negative impact caused by the outside food. Because I don't need to sign the form if I pick up my food directly, the hotel still has the responsibility for my food safty. It makes sense, right? Another assumption is that if the document I signed which also signed by other customers is a common form, would they need 35mins to prepare? Moreover,I order another food delivery before I check out,and my food is still put outside of the hotel. I obey the hotel rules that signed the form and put my room number and name on the receipt of the delivery. However, there is nothing different since I signed the form. It proves St.Regis Zhuhai does not do as they said, they give me the rules but they don’t obey the rules at all. They tried to rationalize their mistake rather than making an effort to change it. I think fair, justice and honest should be the basic principles for all industries, but St.Regis Zhuhai did not make me saw any of these in their services and operations.…
A few partners of mine and I hosted a networking event at St.Regis’s 41st floor (Indoor bar) on December 12th of 2020. Have to be completely honest, the whole event ran so smooth that it went beyond my expectations, and I have to mention Bianca and Zoer who are the loyalty manager and bar manager here for the effort and professionalism they have supported and shown while I was preparing for the event and during the event’s operation. The food and beverages were simply amazing, and the catering service was great. We invited around 50 people and almost everyone of them complimented the overall environment of the event. Looking forward to host another event at St.Regis soon! Maybe On the 71st floor sky bar next time!
