Efficient hotel for Harbin, Stayed during Ice Festival and CNY. Good budget basecamp for the adventurous tourists. Plenty of noodle, dumpling, McD's nearby. Tourist shopping are a few blocks away. Quiet, beds firm, bathrooms very clean! WiFi not so good, but that's China.
