The hotel is located close the Central street, Songhua river and few steps from Zhaolin park. The staff can't speak English, most of the guests are Chinese. We used google translate to communicate. They are nice and helpful. The breakfast was okay. There were not many tables and seats. The room is okay, no view, the window is open to... More

G4 Holiday is in a very good location. Very close to Central Street (turn right from hotel). Few minute walk to the Flood monument. Breakfast varies however they do not have water in the drinks corner and its very difficult to ask the waiter for water since they do not speak English. The room heater as well as the water... More

pros that we experienced was its good location and very friendly lady manning the convenience store near the front desk - though we did not understand each other, she was so kind enough to accommodate us. cons: very old facilities - rm heater and water heater were on and off - we observed that during the wee hrs of the... We came for the Ice Festival and got very lucky with this hotel. It is in the center of everything; short walk and you are there. This is very important in the winter, because it is VERY cold and you need to constantly warm up. Directly behind the hotel is "The Gloria". In front of the Gloria is the Songhue... More

Its location is a major plus point! But do lower your expectations for everything else - room, towels, breakfast, counter-service, etc... Coming out from the hotel main entrance, turn right will lead you to Central Street whilst turning left to bring you to ZhaoLin Park's side-entrance- that 's how conveniently located it is! The room is quite basic and not-so-new.... More

Don't even know where to start. I am a frequent traveler and never slept in such a bad hotel. The rooms were filthy dirty to start, the floors and bathroom had oobviously not been cleaned , that is after downgrading do a lower class room as the premium rooms carpets were nasty and the bathroom full of left over hair.... I would definitely suggest you this hotel if you are okay with Chinese standards hotel. The best thing of this hotel is for sure the location, as you are just right on the famous pedestrian street, zhongyang jie. This is a good hotel for Chinese Standard, firm bed, clean bathroom, warm room and good breakfast, therefore you can't require more... More

This hotel offers great value and is in a fantastic location. It is only 1 block away from Zhaolin park where the lantern festival (smaller version of the Snow and Ice Festival) is located. The entrance is in the South of the park which is a 5min walk and costs 200RMB (January 2014). It is also 1 block away from... More

My wife and I stayed here for three days, Jan 10-12, 2014. We didn't expect much English and therefore we were not disappointed. They made efforts to understand. Our room on the eighth floor was toasty warm, bed comfortable and clean, bathroom fine. Breakfast for one (we had to pay for the second one) was included. The second floor breakfast... More

We checked in the hotel and asked for a non-smoking room, the reception said they do not have non smoking room as they could not restrict anyone from smoking in the hotel area. Later, we wanted to get a late supper and asked for nearby restaurant from the same reception, she said she doesn’t know. So we decided to just... More
