The excellent service given by the staffs at this hotel is simply superb. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable with 2 types of pillow to choose from. Breakfast is good with main items changed daily. Staff no. 66 at the noodles stall serves yummy hot dry noodles (re kan mian) with a smile. Staff no.10 recommended us a very delicious steamboat place for dinner and even make sure to inform the taxi driver of the location. The PR manager Mr Jiao An Yun shows us where and how to take a bus to Han Street and help us in finding a van to the airport and gave each of us a hand lotion as farewell gift. He went above and beyond his duties in staying back after work just to make sure the van comes to pick us and that he bid farewell to us. The location of the hotel is very strategic nearby Hubu Alley, Yellow Crane Tower, Mao Zedong's former residence, 2 supermarkets, convenience store beside and lots of shopping and restaurants around and Wuchang ferry terminal is within walking distance. We will definitely come back again. …
Stayed for 3 nights in the family room. Excellent customer service and very guest oriented. Wide range of amenities provided for both adults and children, the hotel even have bathroom slippers and toiletries for children. Good breakfast and they change their main items daily. Value for money.
This was a great little hotel, well position in the older part of town, and very close to the famous Food Street of Wuhan. The only problem was the extreme lack of English available by the staff. I was very lucky to have a Chinese speaking partner, but for the linguistically challenged it is something of a challenge. But the friendliness of the staff will help you through.
