This hotel is looking very tired as far as carpets are concerned. I've been using hotel on and off for the past 4years, and it's getting worse. Room carpets are very dirty looking. Mini refrigerator is no longer available in rooms. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean, but are also in need of a refurbishment

Iv'e stayed at this hotel 5 times now, I guess that says something. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Rate are pretty average for this area of Wuhan. The Hotel is handy to many places of interest, walking distance to the Zoo, the Opera House and surrounding park area, a short bus or taxi ride to the Yellow Crane Tower, TV topwer and various Temples in close proximity.

Wuhan is at the industrial heart of China so it aint pretty but it's full of fascination - not yet the testosterone charged sort of place that's corporate Beijing, for instance. There's plenty to see and more to the point explore - you could spend a day watching the river traffic ply the Yangtse beneath the extraordinary, long bridge built where Mao did his famous swim in 1966 to herald the Cultural Revolution. There's the famous Golden Crane Temple, and East Lake. And, the street food especially just outside the hotel after around 10 at night is fabulous. But I really want to commend this hotel. Comfortable, well looked after, and with helpful staff who will bend over backwards to assist - it's the place to stay in this city for me.
