Good apartments, quite spacious. Good service. Kitchen was sufficiently loaded with utensils & tools. There was a supermarket nearby only, even a mall was also within 2kms. Even the staff at reception was very helpful as language is big problem there, so at times they would write the location names in their language. They even arranged cab without any extra charge.
Good. It is ok but people cannot speak English and seem upset to be working at the place. Not that helpful, not smiley, not welcoming... Rooms ok, nothing spectacular. Breakfast is also okish, everyday is the same. If you are staying for a month, well... you'd better get something else, elsewhere.
For me, away from the civilization... I was working from Mon to Fri and very tired at the weekends but there was a shopping centre to the right, some 2 or 3 blocks away, and an enormous supermarket and some place to eat to the left side of the hotel. The underground was also a block away but it was far away from the city centre (Wuhan City Centre). There are 2 blocks of the hotel (A & B), the main one, with the swimming pool, gym and it's where the breakfast is and another one where you can do your laundry (a bit dirty). People at the hotel and most shops cannot speak any English, breakfast was "kinda" poor... no variety, everyday the same things. The room was very simple but okish, not that many TV channels, you are in China after all but there is a DVD player in the room. Nothing much to do at night nor at the weekends... However, there was a very nice "Japanese" restaurant on the ground floor on the other block. We had lots of fun there. Very good food and very cold beer!!!! :)…
Spacious appartment with 2 bedrooms.....but not well prepared (only one of the 2 room was prepared and clean during the stay), noisy (highway close), not so clean and damaged (wall, bathroom)Staff don't really speak english and smile is on option ...
Staff speaking good English is very pleasant. I was surprised of the quality of my appartement. The location is very good for people working in factories around. There is a lot shops and restaurants around.
Our family of 4 reserved a 2 br executive apartment for 5 days during the beginning of May that stated it included 2 breakfasts. Upon arrival, we were told that no breakfasts were included because it was May holiday and we'd only get one morning of breakfasts. After telling them our booking included it, they did not budge or offer to honor this. The second day we provided the paper from booking.com stating the breakfast was included. Finally they honored it but did not give our children half-price buffets. We had to pay full price for one and the second was half. Sadly, the food was not kept hot enough, the staff cleaned up coffee beans from the floor and put them back in the machine afterwards, and the options for vegans/vegetarians was minimal. The swimming pool we only used once as the water temperature was extremely cold and they had closed the hot tub for cleaning during the entire holiday week. The only good thing for us was the apartment was a good adequate size and we had our own room away from our two children. The two bathrooms was also convenient and the kitchen was useful to keep our snacks and drinks in. If you keep your expectations low and just need a clean spacious room for your family, it is adequate. Customer service could be improved as well as the breakfast.…
Not in the city center but consciously chose the.location due to accessibility to where i need to go. In spite of not being in the center of the city, location us accessible to a mall. Around 10 minute walk. This Citadines was able to keep up with the usual expectation of the Citadines chain. Room, bed, and bathrooms were clean and maintained. Since its a service apartment, there is a daily maid who cleans the place and the little kitchenette was always refilled with complimentary water, coffee and tea Staff at the concierge can speak enough english to get you a cab. No room service but there ate available restaurants when you go down
hotel no demasiado grande. las habitaciones son limpias, grandes y luminosas. la cama es extragrande y el baño esta muy limpio y bastante grande. el restaurante esta un poco viejo, pero la comida es magnífica. tiene menú italiano y menú chino. me gustaria destacar, que la piscina es genial. hotel not too big. the rooms are clean, big and bright. the bed is extra large and the bathroom is very clean and quite large. the restaurant is a bit old, but the food is superb. It has Italian menu and Chinese menu. I would like to stress that the pool is great
Used to stay in this apartment hotel various times, on business trip. Rooms are big, bedroom not to comfy but still ok, internet connection surprisingly good and fast. The hotel as a average level western restaurant at first floor, breakfast is definitely the weakest point, for selection and quality of foods available.
Citadines is a very basic and dated hotel. The rooms (I had a suite) are of a reasonable size and clean, though do look very tired. The reason I stayed here was due to it's location, it made taxi to and from my place of work quick and easy (20 minutes). If I stay down on the waterfront, Hilton Riverside, Holiday Inn, Marco Polo I have a 60-75 minute ride in very day. The breakfast is basic but adequate. The gym is good and the pool looked good though I didn't use it. The staff are this hotels strong point, very helpful and pleasant. There is a Metro station 2 minutes walk away and a Wanda Shopping Mall 15 minute walk (or 1 stop on the Metro) away.
