We stayed here as part of a Tour of China. The hotel is fantastic and in a great location, close to shops and a beautiful park. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed, ours had a great view of the building lights in the evening. The staff were friendly and professional, a special mention the gentleman concierge you are awesome, he gave us some delicious plum syrup to drink when we arrived on a hot day and always ready to assist and so friendly. Small things matter to travelers on a biig trip Restaurant and food is great.
We spent two nights here. The standard of the rooms is very high, as expected for the Ramada hotel chain. There is also a swimming pool and a spa area, but we did not visit it. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast in the 28th floor, both european and chinese style. In principle, the 28th floor should be rotating, by apparently it is not turned on all the time. Friendly personnel, but english is not their strength. The chinese restaurant has excellent chinese dishes. We really enjoyed our stay there. Beatiful view on the city (room at the 22nd floor). The minibar in the room was locked; probably, they will unlock it upon request. There is also a code-protected safe and a very sophisticated toilet (with heated seat, warm and cold water and hot air for drying, including a blue light at night; funny!). For airport or railway station transfer, you need about one hour in both cases.…
A great base for exploring the city with the Metro just five minutes walk away... Rooms could do with being bigger but had everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of western style and Chinese food. The best bit was the view as you get to look 360 degrease across the city. Staff were very helpful and spoke some English.
The room was just OK. More home feel than 5 star. However I stayed here 4 days and it was comfortable and the restaurant on the top floor was excellent for breakfast and a couple of dinners. Great selection and the service was excellent. Also the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor was great for a high end business dinner one evening. All in all this was a good home base for my first business trip to Wuhan.
Good rooms, good value, everything works, very efficient and helpful staff (especially on front desk). Good breakfast. (my room rate did not include breakfast, 80 rmb add-on for breakfast was good value, decent quality). Would stay here again without hesitation.
A good hotel with good restaurant with Chinese food. Comfort rooms with good view.I have stayed in twin room and it is ok for two people. The restaurant is located on 28th floor and has a good view while having breakfast.
I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is located at center of Hankou commercial center. Also it is so convenient to transport to and from Tianhe airport. I enjoyed to have breakfast and dinner at the top rotating restaurant, not only for delicious food but also good view. It was so lucky this time my booking was upgraded from a small suite to a big suite without price change. Everything was perfect. I felt like to go back home when I stayed there.
A very nice hotel with spacious rooms and courteous front desk staff. Lighting was excellent, beds soft and good view from my room. Lovely amenities, worth another stay. Revolving restaurant on the top floor was great for breakfast.
Business travel stay was good. The room AC would not work properly. When I tried to discuss this with the hotel stay they just moved me to another room and brought in a portable AC unit. Breakfast was not included with the room but was expensive. The breakfast buffet had good selections. The nightly buffet was also expensive but did have a lot of good selections. This was definitely better than other Chinese hotels that I have stayed in.
Very welcoming place to stay. Lovely rooms, very clean, excellent service, great restaurants, helpful staff. I would stay here again anytime. I especially loved the fresh fruit in my room every day and the fabulous breakfast buffet. Wonderful respite from the busy streets of Wuhan
