I was a business guest in this great hotel for two months this fall. Due to the current global crisis caused by Covid19, I was very pleasantly surprised by the city. I was recommended the Hilton Optics valley by other colleagues and I was not disappointed. The hotel is located a little away from the major metropolitan areas of this huge city, but you have a lot of green and quiet. It is about 45 minutes by cab to the Yellow Crane Tower and about 35 minutes to the high-tech companies in Optics Valley. (Huawei, Xiaomi, YMTC) The hotel offers a large fitness center with pool and sauna and three different restaurants. For those who like traditional Chinese cuisine, there are several small restaurants or kitchens in the area (10min). The hotel is huge and offers a lot of space, also the rooms are very spacious. For me, however, the staff was the highlight. All were very friendly and helpful and offer a service that is far above the usual standard of other hotels. It starts with the cleaning staff, who sometimes put an extra drying rack to hang his sports stuff on the balcony. It continues with the staff in the restaurants, which were always friendly and despite the masks always had a smile around the eyes. Dorothy. Duke the Key-master also helped me buy a second cell phone. He got me an appointment with China mobile and helped me with the translation and later with setting up the health app. (Duke, you are great) When the hotel realized that I needed a cab to get to my clients every day, they offered me a ride for the price of a regular cab. This meant that I could book the rides directly onto the hotel bill and was spared having to negotiate with the cab drivers. The hotel was also a great help for the Covid19 test. They got me an appointment and also drove me to the test and helped me with the procedure. Anytime again and keep up the good work. I have never had such a great service. Thank you all…

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton over Christmas 2020. A group of us checked in on Christmas Day for 1 night and to enjoy the Christmas Day dinner buffet that evening. Victoria was our point of contact at the hotel. She was amazing. She ensured everything ran smoothly from check in, to table reservations for Christmas dinner, to opening the Italian restaurant early for us to have dinner on Boxing Day before we left the hotel. Nothing seemed to be too much hassle. We all had a superb stay and will be back again in the near future. Many thanks , Victoria. See you again soon :)

Resort with a big swimming pool and lot of facilities. Even if the resort starts to age a little bit, the service and overall value is very good. The cleanliness is overall good. It is nice to have this hotel in wuhan. It is a nice gateway for the week ends. Cucina restaurant offers good pizza and very good beef! We like to go there in the week-ends! If you are in Wuhan in hot months, go there to enjoy the pool and the resort atmosphere!

I don't know what it was, but everyone was wearing face masks and coughing too! My bones feel a bit tired after my stay here, because it was so amazing! Definitely Recommend coming here in April with your entire family, because it is kid friendly too!

I recently visited Wuhan and stayed at the Hilton Wuhan Optics City. The service provided by the team was excellent, in particular Mr Michael Liu did everything he could do to make the stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. If Hilton needs a benchmark for excellent customer service, you don't need to look any further than this hotel. Location is outside the city center, but nicely surrounded by a lake with walking paths. It was rainy and cold the day I stayed there, so I did not go running outside as usual, but it must be nice doing that there. Rooms are clean, very comfortable and spacious, the bathtub in my room even had a small rubber duck there. Made my day in the morning after the workout. Gym is well equipped. Breakfast at the restaurant features a wide variety of Western and Chinese dishes, all well prepared and tasty.…

Have been staying at the property for about 40 days ..So I guess it's gonna be a pretty long review . Facilities : Top notch and world class in simple terms Huge property with basically all the basic amenities to extra physical activities from tennis to basketball to table tennis .You can refresh yourself with sauna and ste bath facilities available in the property .Rooms are spacious , with alla the required basic amenities .Restaurants are really good with some good quality food and some mouthwatering delicacies . One negative i can think of is that the property is bit far from the city and shopping areas , but for the resort faculties they have here , it's justifiable and hotel provides free shuttle bus to the city centre to compensate for that . Service Quality : 5 star service from the guys around here .I have never seen a staff without a smile on their face . Everyone does try their best to speak to whatsoever the english they knows , they do understand our needs quite easily and try to resolve or help us in the best way possible .Front desk to concierge to restaurant waiters to chefs are really wonderful. I would like to mention some guys personally whom you can approach if any help needed if you are going to stay here ..Look for Jarvie and Brian from Concierge desk , Jeff, from sales I think ...Ben, Vicky and Alisa From Chinachops Breakfast ...These guys and really approachable and highly recommended ...Thank you bros .. Peaceful resort near the lake. Spacious and comfortable room. Humble and friendly staffs, providing the really best services to guests. I'm foreigner and non chinese, but staffs here are very helpful for my needs. Definitely it's surprising stay here. Especially Mr.Brain & Mr.Jarvie are extending the extraordinary service.
