This is probably my 10th stay at the hotel. What makes this stay special was that I got a warmly greeting and reception from the executive team led by Anna Wei. It was the Christmas stay which was supposed to be busy (and chaotic as I anticipated), but the lounge was quite organized and comfortable. Anna actively helped made a reservation at the lounge and the food for the Happy Hour was exceptional. Very importantly, she upgraded my room to the executive suite (at the busy Christmas stay!) because she recognized that I have used this hotel for several times. Anna and her team made a perfect stay at the hotel which made me write this stay.
Stayed here 2 separate times during a business trip. 1st room was very large with ample space, very large dining table and bathroom. Buffet breakfast offered many American style dishes even Omelette station with small buzzer to inform the diner when omelette is ready which where okay. Red Basil Thai restaurant in the hotel is also really tasty, would recommend to try. Wi-Fi worked okay and TV has a few English channels. Also connected to the mall through the lobby. I would suggest to also visit the mall across the street. Very convenient location easy to get to the Wuhan airport and take DiDi to other locations. Would stay again.
The infrastructure is magnificent, nice and large rooms, nice lobby and so on. But it seems to be neglected and dated. Water pressure at the shower and bathtub was bad, and so was their internet bandwidth. Bed and bedding are good, and sleep quality as well. The chair at the desk is not comfortable for work. The same applies to the 40th floor club lounge. It was built large and nice but it is neglected. Service is also not at its best in the entire hotel. Even in the club lounge, the staff are busy with themselves and don’t care too much about the guests.
Stayed here for only one night and it was a nice Hotel. great buffet and close to many facilities. we use the High speed train and it was an easy commute. Woud use this again as the Staff were very good!
The hotel and rooms are fine. Please just remember to avoid “The Feast” buffet and restaurant. The overall display of the food is sad, the quality dramatically low and poor. No management whatsoever, unacceptable in a Sheraton
We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were beautiful, in excellent condition and very clean. The choices for breakfast will fulfilll every wish. Service is very friendly. I would highly recommend to chose this hotel when visiting Wuhan!
I was there for 4 months and the stay was absolutely wonderful. Coco Wang went out of her way to be sure that we were all happy and comfortable. If we had any request Coco made sure that they were taken care of immediately. She went above and beyond her duties. Example is i wanted some kites for my grandchildren and Coco ordered them for me and delivered them to my room. The room staff was very good and friendly, the restuarant staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. The Hotel was very clean.
This is a good Sheraton hotel. Service is good but not great. The property is nice the rooms are a ok size. Bed comfortable shower ok. The executive lounge is nice and has a good variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. Service is good.
Just a short visit to the hotel....late night arrival and early check out. Received an upgrade to "a bigger room". Well this was true. But kind of funny. The room was truly big but the extra 10 square meters were just ehh empty meters. Breakfast was nice. Check out was smooth. Taxi arranged very fast.
All elite members, be careful with this hotel. Your status will not be recognized and your business will not be appreciated. They change your room type once someone else makes reservations, or downgrade you even your upgrade is cleared hours ago. Thisbtotally opposite to the Hilton properties I stayed in this city, Wuhan. I strongly suggest all Marriott and SPG elite members go somewhere else.
