I stayed here for a conference held at the hotel. The room was pretty good, a little older but quite clean and lavish. It's a pretty nice hotel compared to other hotels in China I have stayed at. On arrival, I had an issue with wifi connectivity in my room. The manager himself (Mr Kyle Liang) came to check the... More

As I lived in Hohhot for several years I had no reason to stay here, but I did drop in a few times for a real treat, which most travelers won't know about (they don't advertise this much in English). They have a North Korean buffet which is rather special- North Korean food and all the waitresses are North Korean... More

Nice rooms, some okay shopping, good food great location. I'd go back just for the location alone. Nice older building with great in room service. Prices were also good. Shopping was a little high in the hotel on some items.

I stayed in this hotel for one night recently during business travel. It is an excellent Chinese 5 star hotel, that was beautifully presented and serviced. The hotel featured a range of restaurants, gift shops, a travel agency, a bar and many other features. The check in experience was quick and efficient. I stayed on the 19th floor, and the... More

We spent two separate nights here during a trip to Inner Mongolia. The bed was very comfortable, and much more comfortable than most Chinese hotels both times. Our first room had no issues. The second time around we were in room 6008 or 6009, and our room had a variety of problems. The air conditioning didn't work very well. The... More

We held a conference at the hotel but did not stay here so I can't comment on the bedrooms. However everything else was very good. The hotel has a grand style, and organised the conference facilities very well. The catering was very good. Recommended.

This hotel is in Hohhat, in Inner Mongolia China. It has a number of good things to mention but it is not a 5 star hotel due to a few deficiencies. First and foremost is the lack of smoke free rooms or any restrictions of smoking in the morning breakfast area. Most of the staff has a minimum understanding of... More

We had been booked ahead - only room available was an ex smoking room which smelt of stale smoke and mould. The hotel is tired , grimy and a full on smokers hotel . The foyer was a cloud of smoke where the smokers assembled to smoke. I had a severe reaction to the pollution , and it spoilt our... More

I stayed here for one night as part of a tour package. The room itself was very large, with an amazing shower and large bathroom. Very clean with everything a high-quality hotel should have. We had been told there was a swimming pool, but when we got downstairs and jumped in, we were rather shocked to find out it wasn't... More
