i stayed in the hostel for 2 days , the environment is quite good (old building). The hostel has a good location , able to travel to several tourist spots.

Nothing special, and the room was a bit dingy and not well insulated. Outdoor seating was relaxing and we enjoyed the breakfast. Close proximity to Shantang is nice, and while it's easy to arrive via the metro, the hostel isn't particularly close to the gardens.
I can't say much about the hostel, because I've only been to their café, right behind the hostel, at the canal.
Simple and quiet, they serve the usual choices of coffee (Illy!), teas and simple snacks French fries or tuna wraps.
