In the past months, I had many buffet breakfast in the F&B, there's various coffee/croissant/bread/noodle/sausage/congee... to meet the diffrent demands.
The quite impressive service is from Ms Lisa Liu, smile as always, greetings to the guest in the proper manner and appear at the right time to offer the service when you need, high above the standard.

We stopped here for seven weeks as part of a business trip and the hotel and staff were excellent. From the minute we arrived, Bill, Jessie and the rest of the team could not do enough for us. Any request was dealt with quickly and to our full satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff. Leaving after 7 weeks was hard, almost like leaving family.
We would definitely stop here again.

A perfect hotel with clean and comfortable room for excellent sleep quality. We joint a tour with this hotel being the final day in Qingdao. After a tired tour, we found this hotel room most cozy. Only one minor comment is that the bathtub water taps are quite difficult to close when the hands are soapy; see the attached photos to understand the design. In any case, the hotel maintains the top standard of Four Points by Sheraton.

I have stayed at this hotel over 12 different times now. My first review of this hotel was above average, but based on my recent stay, I need to update my review.
The hotel feels very dated and not well maintained. Since coming to this property the first time over 5 years ago, I am disappointed that things have fallen so far downhill: the gym was not clean and staffed, the rooms smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking floor, the HVAC unit in the rooms only spit out hot air even though it was super hot outside which made sleeping uncomfortable, the breakfast area wasn't staffed well, the rooms did not seem super clean, etc.
While this is still probably one of the better hotel options in Chengyang, I think I may try other hotels on my next trip.

I had stayed at this hotel about 6-7 years ago while in Qingdao, China for another project. I am happy to stay here again with a new project in the area. Unfortunately I did not have time to visit the micro brewery off the main lobby. This is definitely on my list for the next stay.

Large busy hotel in Chengyang District. This is a long way from downtown Qingdao but the area has lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. Have stayed in this hotel several times and am always made welcome - but don't expect to find much English spoken. The rooms are large and well appointed and there is a selection of restaurants and a large lobby bar area. Easy access to and from the airport.

The hotel is modern and rooms are very comfortable and maintained. Restaurant provides a good range of food, mainly breakfast for me, and the bar area is a relaxing point for end of the day. Recommend to any Visitors to this area of Qingdao

Stayed here following a late arrival and layover for my car trip to Haiyang. It is the first time here and am quite impressed by the facilities, comfortable rooms, nice lobby, and a neat bar with craft brews.
Arrived late and tired so I did not get to enjoy all of the amenities other than the fantastic breakfast buffet. In my opinion there is something there for everyone, vegan, Korean, Western, Japanese, Chinese; it was all there!
There were a couple minor problems; room lock for original room did not work but Bellman took care of problem quickly, room temp could not be adjusted but better warm than too cold, had to Coach grillman on what an over easy egg is despite it being on the selection board. This is a common thing in China, eggs are typically over hard for chop stick dining. He accepted coaching well and I enjoyed breakfast!
I am looking forward to staying again in April when I fly out. The hotel is only 4KM from the airport and current rate is 40 RMb; not a bad price!
If you are in Qingdao, definitely consider staying here!

The hotel has a SPG lounge for its SPG members , worth joining! On the 2nd floor of this hotel between the hours of 17.30 to 19.30 they have free snacks and free drinks.The staff headed up by Crystal the manager there, are so friendly and helpful, they even know what our favourite drinks are and pour them out for us as soon as we arrive .That is what you call service much needed after a long hard day.
The staff at the hotel are all so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them they are always happy to help.Well worth a stay.

I travel regularly to China and even though I have had some dodgy experiences they have never been at a Western brand hotel. I usually stay at another hotel in Qingdao but they were booked so I spent 5 nights here. It was bad from the minute we arrived and don't get me wrong, I don't like giving poor reviews but this hotel needs to really pick it up as there is nothing worse than a traveller staying at a Sheraton hotel and its only link to the Western name is the sign. It's geared for the Asian traveller. The check in staff need to improve their English. I know it's China, and we were one of two other Western guests so the majority of guests are Asian. The first room was filthy on check in. We arrived at midnight, very hungry so I called 24hr room service but they could not assist as they had run out of ingredients, they cold only serve noodles. I was told there was no WIFI which is not true and eventually they gave me a unit for the room. The closet must be the smallest i have ever seen and you cannot fit any clothes in. The aircon was noisy but we fell asleep. The next morning breakfast was shocking. There is a large selection but not very good the areas were dirty, food spilt everywhere, dirty tables left while staff just stood there, empty juice jugs not refilled and this continued for the week. I did complain and was attended to by Jackie Huang (front desk manager) who was indeed superb and did his best to improve our concerns. We were upgraded to a larger room which was very nice but the issues continued. Our room cleaner was very bad and the room was dirty every day, just made beds and left, didn't wipe table tops or bathroom. This did not improve either. When we asked concierge for a taxi we were given one of those that won't use their meter which is not allowed to pick up hotel guests, when we complained we were ignored and told this is the only way which is nonsense. Jackie did sort it out but one man can only do so much. It is very clear that he is a well educated, spoken and service driven staff member but surrounded by too much incompetence. I am very dissapointed and have more to moan about but will leave it there. The hotel is well situated with a centre next door with huge supermarket,KFC, Mac Donald's and other eateries. If you want more noise etc go further South as visiting the sites is very far and costly, Sorry Sheraton I won't be back.
