Classic Faulty. This place has really gone down hill. I arrived about 10;30pm and nothing was open. The Chinese restaurant was advertised as open until 11;30, even on the lift I took to the second floor only to find it in darkness. I was told no room service was available. I asked for a non smoking room but was sent...

I have stayed at Harvest for over 6 years and had affectionately named it Hardest Hotel because of the beds. In the last few months they have transformed the 10th floor with good soft but firm beds and on my recent stays the smokers have also not been on that floor. They must be getting the message and now it...

Stayed for 2 weeks. The hotel was probably once a great hotel - but that must be many years ago. The rooms are very worn, but have a ok size. New flat-screen TV - but off course only Chinese channels, except from CNN, BBC News and Discovery. Showers was only very hot or very cold, and several other customers complained...

A 15 stories high luxurious hotel in Qngdao, the Great Tang Harvest hotel is also called "Harvest hotel" The entrance of the hotel makes you feel you are in the middle of nowhere (which it is not), since the hotel is located in a by-road. There are residential buildings in front of it, and the only view from my room...

This is a very nice hotel in Huangdao which is about a 1 hour drive from Qingdao. I had the opportunity to live at this hotel for 9 months while working in the area so I know it quite well. I was very pleased with my time spent here at the Harvest Hotel (formerly known as the Haifeng Hotel) The...

This is my second visit to this hotel and the longer stay this time has uncovered a range of annoyances which you just should be exposed to in a hotel trying to be classy. The location is about as good as you can get in Huangdao, without actually being in Qingdao proper (almost an hour away by ferry or car,...

I like staying at the Harvest Hotel. I have been here for about 1 month for a business trip. This hotel has the best staff and they will get you anything you wish. Some rooms are much better than others. The executive suites are the best with flat screens and nice bathrooms. If you are missing anything in the rooms,...

General Of the 3 hotels close by (Harvest / Haidu / Marina Gold) the Harvest Hotel comes in tops. The location is good being close by the shops / eateries and the rooms / facilities are what you would expect of a hotel "past its prime". Staff are all friendly and more than happy to test their English out. Lobby...

First things first. This hotel is actually now called the Harvest Hotel. TA needs to update it's listings a little. The hotel is actually in the Huangdao area of the city which is almost an hour away from Qingdao by driving and a healthy ferry ride away. basically it is a seperate city. I stayed here for three nights during...
