We had a fun time in Cartagena and Casa Gloria was a big part of it. Really amazing staff (especially Juiliet), refreshing pool, decent pool table, a full service kitchen to use, a common living room with computer to use, plenty of outdoor space for lounging, wifi throughout, hot tub on roof, and A/C throughout. The only down side was...

The hotel is located inside the walled city and is within walking distance from the main landmarks. The hotel staff is very friendly and treat you like family, and the hotel itself is very pretty and have a pool and a jacuzzi in the rooftop. I really like the experience and would go again if I have the chance.

The staff at the hotel are very attentive and treat you like family. The location is very good, close to the main avenue and all the main attractions. The hotel itself has beautiful decor and a jacuzzi on the roof

Casa Gloria is a lovely hotel, in a great area of Cartagena. Our double room was very nice and clean with a great shower. The rooftop area of the hotel was beautiful, with seating, sunloungers and an outdoor jacuzzi. There's also a pool on the ground floor which is small but is a nice addition. The staff are very friendly...

Casa gloria is in the heart of the walled city. You can walk from this quaint and beautiful hotel. The Roomg and hotel grounds themselves are very cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. However the best part of this hotel has to be the staff! Juliet is the front desk attendent and simply the best. She coordinated our whole stay and...

Great cozy hotel in the heart of the old city (i.e. inside the walled city). Very attentive and friendly staff--will give you whatever help you need with the surrounding area with a smile:) Very clean rooms and A/C works well. You also get a very nice breakfast every morning--eggs, muffins, juices etc. Close to many restaurants and major Plazas, a...

Their staff (especially Juliette) is incredibly helpful and friendly. I was traveling alone and they gave me great recommendations for sites to see, restaurants to try, etc. My favorite part of my stay was eating breakfast with the other guests each morning. Seems like this hotel gets a great group of guests and I had fun making friends/site seeing with...

Casa Gloria, is in my opinion a mixture of a Hostal and a Hotel, there are some very nice rooms, but the majority of the rooms do not measure more than 9' x 9' feet, the bed is 5' with the door to the bathroom and closet on each side, which leaves no room for night table or your luggage....

Dear Gerardthehague, Thank you for spending your time to give us a straight and specific observation. Our main priority here at Hotel Casa Gloria is the satisfaction of our guests. At our hotel we have steam boilers with an indirect hot water system that basically provides a continuous supply of hot water to all of our rooms. Not every room...

I chose the hotel due to its rating on Trip Adviser & was not disappointed! Enjoyed 8 nights in the suite and I was very happy with the beautiful rooms, pool and rooftop spa garden. The hotel was clean and quiet even though near a busy plaza with amazing resteraunts, and shops, supermarket and beach nearby. The staff were helpful...
