I liked the place very much, it is very well located, the attention that the workers gave me in the site was very good, and the whole place I loved, they have a bar and a restaurant with Mexican food, also they have places to rest and offer good tours to different places and to finish their beds have a good price and are comfortable.

Based on the 5-star average on TripAdvisor I decided tot stay at Enso for five nights. Price-quality is decent because it is obviously a cheap option but In stille wouldn't recommend going here. The beds are squeaky and the sheets feel like plastic, the place is quite loud and in general it is not very clean. You can do better and I felt obliged to write this review and give this rating because 5 stars for this place just doesn't make close to any sense at all.

Pros: Inexpensive Free breakfast Wifi Good location Cons: Squeaky bunkbeds that wobble with any movement No screens on the windows = biting insects Very dirty Hot. No fans. Loud I stayed 8 nights at Enso, so I write this review based on a long stay earlier this month. Staff are friendly and the hostel feels secure. It's a cheap option with an ok free breakfast. With some minor changes, it could be a decent hostel, but as it stands right now, it's shocking to see all the 5 star reviews. I've stayed at hundreds of hostels--this is barely 2 stars. The bare minimum you can hope for is a clean hostel. This was one of the dirtiest hostels I've ever stayed at. Dirt and dog hair cover almost every surface. The bathrooms are super gross. Shower curtains covered in mold, months worth of pubes, and often standing water in the shower due to clogged drains. The second major issue was noise. Noise from loud music constantly playing in the lobby and patio, and noise from the bunkbeds made of metal frames. Noise from NetFlix shows blaring in the TV area. Medellin is hot. The rooms don't have a/c or fans, so your choice is to keep the windows open and get eaten alive by bugs or close them and try to sleep in a sauna--and still get bitten by bugs. You can do much better than Enso for the same price. Don't be misled by what must be a lot of manufactured reviews.

I really like the vibe of this hostel, the common areas are very nice and the restaurant has beautiful tables outside. Plus, laureles y nicer than poblado. The metro station is very close and that part of the neighbourhood is not noisy

Enso hostel is the perfect place to call home while visiting Medellin. It’s super close to the metro (like 2 blocks) and just minutes away from the vibrant Carrera 70, a road filled with bars, clubs, cafes, street food, markets, and anything else you could want! The hostel itself is super laid back and honey, with great staff and a house dog! They also have a Mexican restaurant in house that serves delicious food from breakfast to dinner. Enso hostel cannot be missed!

Cozy, quiet- yet energetic spot located in the heart of Medellin's best nightlife experience- in my opinion; Medellin's Laureles neighborhood is just the best place to be at if you are looking to connect with real locals and genuine experience-- make sure to attend clásico Paisa's Atlético vs. Independiente, you drop off the bed- you'll fall in the Estadio haha! it is literally two blocks away from it. Ammenities (wi-fi, security, TV room, etc.) and vibe will have you extending nights there if you are truly enjoying the city from this so very enjoyable point of view of it, trust me
