This hotel is located in El Poblado so a good area. There are a lot of places you can visit within walking distance. Its rooms are a bit small ( even for NY standards) which I found interesting. Its breaks fast is good, different options and a decent variety. Their coffee definitely needs some love. It always tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. Staff members were attentive and always willing to help.

Definitely worth the stay. A quick Uber ride to anywhere and within walking distance to food around the area. It’s definitely worth a place to stay for a short stay in Medellin. I might have to try it for a longer stay

Friendly staff and a very good location made this a wise choice for accommodation whilst in the Medellin area. Most things are just a short Uber away from the hotel. Perfect room with fantastic firm mattress and only slight disappointment was the complimentary breakfast but this does not detract from the five stars, Fantastic views too from the 14th floor reception and other neighbouring floors.

Excellent service with great attitude. Good food Feel like at home but with additional help Everything is closed to this hotel. This is the best location in El Poblado and very close to Provenza and Comuna 13 Staff really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and important We are definitely going back

This hotel desperately needs new management. Everyone we encountered during our stay was untrained and unhelpful. Starting from the multiple employees that just loiter on the ground floor (Are they security? What do they do?). The staff speaks zero English. Not even basic hotel terms. Not only that but they made no effort to understand our broken Spanish. We had to check in using Google Translate. That was a first. Not to mention they make you sign a very poorly translated inane document that I’ve never seen in any other hotel. I accepted the terms during booking. What is the point of this thing? The restaurant, if you can call it that is more like a cafeteria, and everyone there seems like it’s their first day. We were the only people there besides one large party on our first night, and it still took us 10 minutes to get noticed. It looked like the large party may have been managers or owners because all the staff were doting on them. The breakfast is abysmal. It’s a Hampton, so we weren’t expecting anything special, but it was still inedible. We ate at the cafe next door instead. One morning we took our kid to have some cereal, and they didn’t even have milk. The location isn’t bad, and the rooms are ok. But the staff make this a very unwelcoming and unpleasant experience.…

From the views to the level of service, this hotel is the place to stay in Medellin. Super safe, amazing staff and you cannot beat the location. We got to all the tourist attractions within 20 minutes. Three malls located within a 5 to 10 min walk.

Hotel is situated in a great location and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the room was nice. Nothing overly fancy but solid. Within walking distance or a short uber to many restaurants in a really safe area. Will totally stay here again.

Home away from home. Hotel staff are rallye sympathetic and helpful. You feeling you have been there many Times before, although it was only my second stay there. I had soweit difficulties to find it in the first place as it is a bit hidden between Río Sur centro comercial and Farmatodo.

This was a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in El Poblado. The hotel was modern and clean. The room was clean. I had a few meals in addition to the complimentary breakfast that were all good. The lobby on the 14th floor had a nice view of the city. There was a patio that was nice to take advantage of. The location of the hotel was ideal for me. Close to the Santa Fe Mall, and a 1.3 km walk to dining and entertainment on Calle 10. Also very close to the El Poblado Metro station.
