Stayed at this hostel for 4 nights, they did over book and the nice lady at reception notified me, we overbooked and the private suite room i was supposed to stay in was taken and offered me a free night in another private room and i would get my original booking the next night which was totally fine with me....

I went on the tour to Guatapé offered by Rafa. It was truly excellent. In addition to taking us to the beautiful little town and lake, Rafa fed us a superb breakfast and lunch. We did a nice backroads tour on the way to Guatapé and then used the express route to return. We got to listen to great music,...

We left this overpriced party hostel after one night to find a 3*** hotel for almost the same price. The rooms are mufty and may in a good shape 3 years ago. The only good thing is the friendly and helpful staff.

This was a great hostel in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfy rooms and a nice outdoor space. Good location for food and drink, and the owners were on hand to answer any and all questions.

Really enjoyed our stay with Black Sheep Hostel. First an foremost, it's a great place to stay. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is nice and the wifi is great. We enjoyed being able to cook in the large kitchen, but be careful. Even with the many warnings, people will probably steal some of your food. Also, location is great....

I understand why this place gets such good reviews. The staff are excellent - they go above and beyond what would be expected of hostel staff, and they really seem to enjoy their jobs. The rooms are spacious and clean. Showers are hot and with good pressure. Kitchen is clean and well stocked. Generally there is a lovely friendly feel...

Although the rooms are pretty basic and there is a lack of plug sockets, the overall vibe in this hostel is hard to beat. The communal areas are great and the the kitchen is big. The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. The location is good as it's near the bars and restaurants in el poblado and...

Honestly this was a bit of a let down, a friend recommended this to us. The rooms are at least spacious, however, they are sooo basic. Bathrooms and bunk beds all rundown, staff were friendly but not forthcoming with help like I've experienced in many other hostels. Good location, felt safe and close to walk into Medellin for drinks and...

Hostel is in really good condition. I feel harsh giving 4 stars. Rooms are decent size, shower is almost too powerful like a burst pipe. Can't complain after what I have had. Staff are so friendly and always helpful. Good chill out Areas. Got cable tv which was good for the sport and decent hammocks on the roof. 10 min...

What a place! Everyone in this place is lovely, from the cleaning team to the owner. The location is phenomenal and the staff have great knowledge on Medellin. Enormous super market 5 mins away. Subway station is less then 10 mins walk. Brilliant breakfast/ Brunch and lunch options all a stones throw away. Always clean and tidy with hot pressure...
