This is a great hostel. We only stayed for one night but it was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and will help you with anything. Rooms are nice and there are a lot of amenities. People who stay here are social and you can make friends to hangout with. The location is good since it's in Poblado and very...

This is quite a nice hostel, as they go. The staff were friendly and helpful, the tours that can be organised at reception were great (we did Guatape & walking tour). However, although not a party hostel, the acoustics and the set up of the place is such that there is noise 24/7 - the walls are thin so just...

Had such a great time at this hostel! As soon as I got in, the staff was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. Recommend if you can, staying on a Sunday as well for the BBQ :) I was going to just stay one night and move on to check out some other hostels, but found it...

Have stayed here many different times. I have always had a private room and they are very reasonably priced. In the lobby there is a wall board that has different tours you can go on. Great place to meet new people. You can cook your own food and there's always a cold beer waiting for you. Sunday BBQ is always...

The black sheep has lots of nice people, the staff is awesome, remembering your name and everything to do with you the min you set foot. The type of travellers that pass through are a nice mix of fun loving but not heavy partying in the hostel. There are lots of nice communal areas, the TV room is huge, so...

The third floor private rooms are lovely, clean, new and fresh. The location of the hostel is also excellent very close to Poblado Metro, a short walk to zona rosa, lovely restaurants and an excellent bakery are just one minute walk and a huge supermarket is just 3 blocks away. There are some negatives about this hostel. We had no...

I read few other posts about this place and the staff. I think I agree with those comments after my experience at this hostel. I will start with some good ones. The hostel is great, not necessarily at the great location. Far from Parque Lleras but closer to the metro station and grocery store. The kitchen is great with many...

- nice, clean, spacious double room with private bathroom - decent wifi - TV with English speaking films - warm shower was good at certain times - communal kitchen ok. Look liked it needed a deep clean though - good social areas - some friendly helpful staff when we checked in & out but there were also a rude and...

Stayed at Blacksheep for three nights and would highly recommend. We had a private room which was great - felt like a hotel. Blacksheep is a nice sociable hostel without being too crazy. It's in a nice neighbourhood close enough to the action but not right in the thick of it. Has a well equipped kitchen, a nice outside area...

We stayed at the Black Sheep for 2.5 weeks to take a Spanish course at EAFIT university (15 mins walk away). We had a private room with ensuite and TV. The Black Sheep is sociable without being a party hostel which suited us perfectly. The staff were fantastic, they knew we were learning Spanish and made an effort to speak...
