This is a lovely hotel with nice quiet rooms. The beds were lovely and we slept great. The hotel is connected to the El Tesoro shopping so you never have to go outside. It you want a shopping mall experience it is perfect. And the huge mall is beautiful. It is quiet isolated and the only thing in the area is the mall. If that is what you are looking for then it would be perfect.
Okay stay… staff are friendly but beware they speak minimal English. Rooms are clean and mine had a beautiful view of the city. Being attached to such a beautiful mall was terrific and I often went to stretch my legs and do a little shopping. I would have given four stars but for the food. It simply is not good. Whether ordering room service or eating at the buffet it is poor at best. Even if you have free breakfast I would say skip it and eat at one of the wonderful restaurants in the mall.
We enjoyed this hotel. It's connected to a shopping mall so you can explore the mall without having to go outside. The rooms all have great views of the city. There is a bar on the top floor so you can also see the city from there.
Beautiful breathtaking sights included at this fantastic Holel. Located within the Tesoro Mall it offers everything you need to stay busy, shop and discover Colombian culinary delights or just relax. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pictures are a true depiction of what to expect.
The hotel room was beautiful and Gustavo was very helpful! We were not a fan of the limited hotel amenities offered in the room everything had to be purchased and the bar and pool were always closed during our stay (even though reception said it was open). At times it felt like staying at a hostel. There was noise above either construction or moving of furniture in the mornings. The breakfast was extremely expensive so try to get it when you book your room or go to the mall to eat. The 'king' bed is more like a full bed so take that into consideration. The hotel had a lot going on and seemed very busy especially on floor PP where they had an exhibit with a lot of people and limited space.
Great location and hotel in Medellin. We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were spacious, comfortable bed, and shower. Loved that the hotel was located inside one of the nicest malls in this city. Safe neighborhood, and close to Provenza to go out at night. I will definitely consider staying here again. I didn’t try the food, but had a couple of drinks at the bar on the rooftop.
I am here on a business trip and the hotel offers a home office option where I am able to comfortably work from. They also offer Ethernet service for extra security. The manager Juan Carlos was extremely understanding and helped set up my desk. They made sure all connections were working and followed up constantly.
Loved this hotel. It has a great location. The staff is very caring and helpfull. I love the smell in the lobby. And the views on each floor is amazing. En una palabra todo es espectacular lindo y limpio. Ya se que la proxima me vuevo a hospedar en el novotel.
This a new new/modern/clean & well organized hotel. It is quiet (not so common in Colombia) & is in an elite neighborhood & generally very safe location. It forms part of the most up-scale shopping malls in Mde, so is an oasis of calm compared to the more urban downtown hotels (due to not having any traffic noise right outside) Take an Uber to central El Poblado for US$2-3. Its professional & super friendly/helpful staff add to its welcoming environment. Great views from the upper floors. I will definitely be staying here again, when I return to Medellin later this year.
The staff are kind, rooms are clean and spacious with everything in working order. Breakfast each morning was great and I enjoyed the variety offered every day. The hotel connects to a large shopping center which was very convenient. I highly recommend staying here.
