Please don’t book this hotel. To many stuff, that are very intrusive. They didn’t bring our luggage to the room, beacuse they didn’t find it :) They are very slow at breakfast. No selection of food for breakfast. No free coffee at breakfast (but you pay for breakfast) if you drink a single cup of tee before. No white bread/toast for breakfast. They didn’t not clean the room after our first day. They didn’t answer on whatsup. No telephone in the room, no gym in the hotel. They are behaving as a 6 star hotel but they cannot be. Not a single free water bottle in the room….

Hello! Thank you for reaching us back. We're deeply sorry to receive this kind of feedback, at the Click Clack Hotel our priority making our guests feel comfortable and happy! Please excuse us once again for the luggage inconvenience. Unfortunately, upon your arrival, the bell boy was a bit busy and took longer than expected, to deliver the bags to your room. About the breakfast, lets us explain over again how it works; Daily you can grab limited times from the buffet, fruits, hams, cheeses, breads and granola. In addition, you have (1) main dish you can order from the menu as well as (1) Hot and (1) cold beverage. You Check Out morning you had already requested hot teas for your breakfast, reason why the coffees you ordered next, were charged. However, we received your comments and agreed to give you the espressos, free of charge. We take very serious our guest feedback, and we will share immediately your comments to continue improving. We hope you can come back and let us change the impression you left with, we still have plenty of experiences to be unlocked. You will always be welcomed at the Click Clack Universe! Have a wonderful day. Laura Rivera Head of Guest Service The Click Clack Hotel

The Click-Clack is architecturally interesting hotel constructed around an open-air courtyard with a variety of lush plants, a bar and a couple of restaurants. There is no traditional entrance or check-in desk, you'll eventually figure it out. We were assigned room 206 which is generally on the same level as the courtyard and looks out on an external staircase and a solid wall. If you stood in just the right spot and twisted your neck you could see the sky, but just a sliver. Despite the gloomy location, the room included a "terrace" which was essentially a closet between two rooms that was open to the exterior and had a frosted glass wall separating it from the corridor. I have no idea what the purpose of this was or who would use it. That extra space could have been put to better use as part of the room, which was somewhat small, with a queen sized bed, a desk and some open air shelves, and little else. The bathroom area had a tiny metal sink (which was starting to rust around the edge) a small shower cubicle and a separate toilet. The room included an array of oddball snacks like collagen water and beet paste that were complimentary. There were also two cans of plain water at $3.75US each. The hotel had an active party scene with bass thumping until late in the night from the rooftop bar. Any loud conversations in the hallway could also be heard in the room. We had lunch in the courtyard on the first day, the food was edible but a bit plain, the only seasoning was the sawdust flying around from the ongoing construction project above our heads. We asked the staff pause the work while we ate as the sound of saws (and the sawdust) was not helpful to enjoying our lunch. After that I didn't return to the restaurant even though breakfast was included with our rate. We also had an incident with trying to use the hotels laundry service. We did end up with clean clothes, but only after extensive arguing with the hotel staff. They sent an apology and two cans of sparkling coffee, which we left untouched. Overall it seemed that the hotel's main purpose is to provide spots for selfies and partying. Not a great recipe for a hotel.

This is a beautiful property with lots of amenities and a great vibe BUT be aware - very loud music from on site DJ plays until 2, and rooms - while modern and funky - have very little storage. So if you are ok living out of your suitcase and using the free earplugs to get some sleep this place is fantastic. It is a great location - walkable to many restaurants cafes and bars and even the metro.

Hip hotel in festive part of El Poblado. Can be noisy but location is ideal. The strict door poiicy is to curb the bad element of the tourism boom. Medellin's vibe is still awesome and Click Clack fits right in. Respect this beautiful city!

I was excited when we arrived at the Click Clack- such a stylish hotel. My room (size XL) was huge and appeared well appointed at first. But... then reality sunk in. The hangers are cardboard that collapsed when used to hang a blouse. The sink is the size of a medium mixing bowl- if you were even contemplating doing personal laundry, think again. The bathroom itself is tiny- even though the room itself was huge. There was no phone in the room- they provided an android phone to use during our stay which I thought was fantastic- until I found it didn't work outside the hotel, was difficult to navigate and this was the only way to contact the hotel other than physically going to the front desk. I was there a Wednesday-Saturday and the earliest the nightlife sounds in the rooftop and/or first floor patio dissipated was 1am; 4am on Friday night. Oh- and I hope

Hello Mollie, We're sorry your experience with us was not as expected! We are a design hotel, so style and functionality, are pretty relevant for us: Indeed the sink was not thought for washing clothes, this is why it does not have the right size for it. For a next time, let us know that you would like to access our laundry service, you will receive your clothes the same day folded and ironed. Were also sorry you didn't liked our Click Clack Phone, it is though in order to allow you booking the full catalog of the hotel services such as massages, room service, transportation and more, with just one click. However, as any other regular phone of a hotel, it is not made to be taken outside, were our services have no coverage. We hope you can come back and let us change the impression you left with, we still have plenty of experiences to be unlocked. You will always be welcomed at the Click Clack Universe! Avoid this place. They have discriminatory practices and will not let guests TO THE COMMON AREAS of the hotel if they chose not to. I have NEVER experienced this. Their canned answer is they reserve the right of admission. Overall a terrible experience. I have been here a few times. This will be my last.

Hello Juan! Thank you very much for taking the time to share your comments with us. At the Click Clack Hotel our priority making our guests feel comfortable and happy. This is why in order to ensure the safety and harmony of our guests; visitors are not allowed in the rooms, if they are not registered guests. This is a policy that applies to every guest at the hotel and must be informed at the Check In, or when a non registered guest arrives. After traveling for a living for decades, I didn't think I would encounter a hotel whose rooms are this dysfunctional and whose operations are so lacking. Nothing in the room was easy to use, including the phone, the TV and the air-conditioning. The lighting is so poor in the tiny open bathroom that shaving was all but impossible. Getting in and out of the shower/tub was even more dangerous as there is a two-foot wall to climb over. You are given one face towel and one hand towel, both of which are of a quality that reminded me of my time at summer camp. Worse, they were not replaced everyday. The cardboard hangers are a cruel joke. This "high-end" hotel, in one of the coffee-growing capitals of South America (Medellin), does not put a coffee maker (of any kind) in the room. You are charged for consuming the canned drinking water while the odd assortment of items in the mini bar (eg, a beet-flavored candy bar, unseasoned nuts) are free of charge (though not replenished). The noise from the roof top bar carries on late into the night and not even the best earplugs will block it out. On the bright side, the internet worked well, the bedding was good, and most of the staff were friendly (if not up to the job).

If you value getting any sleep, avoid this hotel at all cost. Excessively loud roof top music playing until the early hours. On complaining I received back a non-sensical message stating 'It's part of our DNA.' Pathetic & comical. I was asked if I'd like ear plugs & some hot tea 'too soothe me.' Very patronising. Nothing done about the music which continued until 2am. So have paid hundreds of pounds to be given sleep deprivation torture. No point having a bed in the room. Breakfast was a shambles. Took ages to place an order despite four waitering staff standing around talking to each other & only one other couple there. Had to ask for cutlery. When it came to the simple task of signing for the breakfast it took nearly 15 minutes, apparently a pen could not be found. Majority of staff need further training & appear it's an effort to assist you. A few junior staff at the reception were good. I believe one is called Andreas. Corridors ridiculously dark with weird piped music. You need to start the shower a good 5 minutes before you want one if hot water is what you require. For a 5* hotel the rooms were very small. I think they're trying too hard to be hip & trendy & in so forgetting the basics of hospitality. Like sleep & good service. Having travelled extensively in some superb hotels throughout the world, I would rate this as the worst . You'd be better booking into a youth hostel, at least you wouldn't feel financially ripped off & you'd definitely get a more peaceful night sleep. Please don't waste your money staying there. Plenty of other better hotels in the area which deserve your custom more.

We spent 3 days in Medellin at the Click Clack hotel. I had booked a XL room (traveling only with my husband but we appreciate a spacious room) but we got upgraded to a 2XL at check in (I’m a gold member with Expedia so it’s one of the benefits but not all hotels honor that). Thank you Ahmet ;) The room was quite spacious with a huge bathtub in the middle (unclear if that’s ever being used, didn’t seem that practical). We had enough space and the room was nice with a modern vibe however you notice pretty quickly that it’s sort of cheap materials, like a nice stylish ikea furnished room. Yes, as you might have read in the other reviews, the room was dark but it really didn’t bother us that much. I just think that for the space, the bathroom could have been structured in a more efficient way and not give a feeling of being tiny but otherwise the room was fine. I also read quite some comments about the rooms being noisy, ours was in the internal courtyard and honestly it was fine. There was some music maybe till around 23.00 but nothing unbearable or really disturbing. The common spaces were pretty cool, we didn’t eat in any of the restaurants but had breakfast in the main area and drinks at the rooftop. They have a pool but it’s tiny (no spa but they offer in room massage). All is very nicely curated and quite pleasant and enjoyable. Breakfast was included and was fairly good - a mix between a buffet and a la carte options. The location was great. Lots of bars and restaurants are walking distance and we felt safe wandering around in the area. It’s well known to be full of tourists and foreigners so might not be the most authentic area in medellin but we definitely enjoyed it. The staff was nice, trying to be helpful but not always succeeding. They wouldn’t always come through with their promises and I would recommend to figure out your diner reservations and other planning yourself. All in all a good choice; we had a nice stay and enjoyed our few days in Medellin.
