The room was great. It had recently been remodeled. It had everything I needed, including AC. The hotel is only two or three blocks from the Floresta Metro station. The neighborhood is safe and lively. But not too loud. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for three weeks over Christmas and New Year's holidays. The neighborhood is more typically Colombian than tourist. We stayed here because it's close to my wife's mother's house. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies located very close. A two-block walk to the metro, and you can go anywhere in the city for less than a dollar. We plan to stay here next time we visit my wonderful mother-in-law!

Nine of us, including a family of four with 2 children, spent a couple of nights here. Older, converted apartment building that is now a very cool neighborhood hotel. Staff was fabulous, location was great (access to metro, near local park and active neighborhood), rooms were huge (most of us had two large bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and sitting area). It is a bit noisy on weekend nights but if you close bedroom door and turn on a/c all is good. The kitchen is not equipped with utensils/etc but does have small refrigerator. We would recommend this hotel for short or long stay in Medellin.

Ageing pipes that rattled and moaned all night but nice breakfast. The room was huge with an interesting suburban view. Had a kitchen but unfortunatly no pots. Close to Metro station.Some lovely people working there.

The hotel is lovely, clean, rooms are huge and excellent value! Although its not in the best area, that is to say its a safe and okay area but a little far away from everything really. Not even really a cafe or food place within walking area, not near any attractions. Staff are so friendly and really nice, although we asked a few questions and were told one thing and the next day were told the opposite by a different person - so perhaps more training or a standards check is needed? Really comfortable beds, not great breakfast - the waiting staff DEFINITELY need to be checked

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, super clean, comfy beds, great bathrooms with excellent shower. Room is very large and comfortable with a kitchen so you can shop the local markets and eat in. Breakfast was very good. The Florista neighborhood is a wonderful place to stay - lively and family oriented - great central square, good restaurants, close to the metro and everything you need is right there.

Great hotel! Our room was very clean and the beds were comfy and the rate per night was very reasonably. The staff were friendly and spoke good english. Speedy wifi. Although the breakfast (which was included) could have possibly been slightly better organised? Felt a bit like a school canteen :P

The hotel is small and cozy and the staff goes out of its way to make guests confortable. The room includes breakfast and it's only two blocks away from the train station which can take you around the city.

Wonderful hotel. Staff make you feel like family. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Hotel is very clean and well located. Very comfortable beds. I would recommend this to anyone looking for value for money. I had a senior suite with balcony. Great view of the mountains.

This was an excellent budget hotel close to a Metro Station (Floresta) and in a safe neighborhood. The reception checked me in at arrival without delay. My luggage was carried to my room. The room was very spacious with a nice kitchen area with refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. There was also a second bedroom with three beds for people that were traveling with family. The bathroom was a nice size. Shower had great water pressure. Hot breakfast was served every morning around 7 am until 10 am with a choice of: eggs with Arepa, frosted corn flakes cereal or ham with cheese sandwich (seasonal fruit, coffee and juice). If I needed a taxi, the reception would always call it and it would arrive in a matter of 10 minutes. Most of the time I just walked to the Metro station and caught the train wherever I wanted to go. There were convenient stores, a pharmacy and a few restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. The WiFi worked perfectly without interruption. There was also cable TV. This was a very nice bed and breakfast although it was considered at hotel. I would stay here again when in Medellin. NOTE: I was on the 2nd floor and could hear all the conversations in the lobby and classes taking place in the conference room.…
