Very friendly staff! Large rooms, comfy bed, large balcony, decent breakfast, good coffee, everything works! Everyone friendly Location amazing, 7 min downhill walk to Parque Lleras, Carilla grocery store across the street. Clean and neat wifi works great Bathroom could be a little better, but for 55-60$ per might in Poblado for this money you will not find anything better!!!!! I stayed in much worse hotels for much more money around here 5 stars cause if the price!!!!!!!!

Stay at Sky Medellin and had an excellent experience. Staff was very accommodating and the hotel was close enough to walk to the best restaurants in Poblado. I will stay again when I return to Medellin and highly recommend.

You stayed for three nights and everything was excellent. Check-in went well with Santiago who speaks English. Breakfast was included and it was adequate to start your day. The hotel is up a hill and is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the area where all the restaurants are located and about a 30 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Our room was a very decent size and it included a kitchen, however the kitchen had no utensils, dishes or glasses in it, which made it useless.

we visited Medellin for the first time with my daughter, we stayed two nights and like the location of the Hotel. we were welcome by Felipe, front desk staff person. Felipe was wonderful. provided us with information on tours, near by locations to eat and shop and always smiling. our room was big, clean and they have good breakfast. we definitely stay there again.

The only good thing I can say about the property is that the rooms are clean. The breakfast is not good and all the bread is super hard including the pancakes that taste like a cardboard box. The hotel is located on a huge hill so if you go to parque lleras walking back will not be fun at all. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH!!! So if you are an american then do not book here unless you know Spanish because you will get no help. The hotel is not guest friendly and charge 90,000pesos for visitors that are not booked with you. My biggest problem was on the last day when they called for me a shuttle service to the airport and the guy did not take out one of my bags which I don't understand how he missed it. I called the hotel back to tell the driver to bring my bag back and I will pay him but the hotel said no english and HUNG UP IN MY FACE!!! I got a translator and the hotel said they would call back in 5mins but never did. So we called back again and they kept saying they would call back and never called and I had to catch my flight. I had a value of $700 worth of items in that bag!!! I will not be returning to this hotel.

The hotel is fantastic, it has a nice view of El Poblado neighborhood, it’s close to Lleras park and it has a carulla right next to it. The service in the front desk was very good we asked for some touristic info and they were more than willing to explain everything to us and even gave us a map. Room was clean and big enough. The breakfast could be better and have more typical things on it but overall was very tasty

We stayed here for 2 nights and it it really the perfect place for a short stay in Medellin. It is located next to lots of good restaurants and shopping centers and the taxi to the city center is quite cheap. The view from our room and from the dining area was amazing and we loved the whole atmosphere in the hotel. The breakfast was amazing and offered a great variety of food and fresh drinks every morning. The staff was really friendly and answered every question we had. We can highly recommend this place!

I booked this hotel solely because it offered me the best rewards on rocketmiles. It is located outside of the city center but I still found it easy to get around. We walked to the Parque Poblado and the Poblado Metro station. (There is a bus across the street if you don't want to walk.) I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. We arrived before check in and they were happy to store our bags so we could go explore the area. There is one thing that prevents me from giving this hotel a 5 rating- there was no complimentary potable water offered in our room. I have traveled extensively throughout the developing world and everywhere I've ever stayed, other than this hotel, offered that.

I came at 3am off an overnight bus trying to test my Diamond status to see if by chance I could check in 12 hours early. No deal. That's fine, didn't expect much (night staff was really nice, mind you). Reception told me I could come back at 11 and get my room. I showed up at 2pm after sleeping my way up the beautiful views of various mountain sides and was told my room was ready. I was staying with a friend and had requested a single queen room with a rollaway bed (instead of 2 singles) because I wanted a longer bed. I waited 30 minutes to check in even though I was told i could check in hours earlier and was finally brought to a room with 1 queen that was dirty and no rollaway bed. They mentioned I could have the 3 bed room instead which was 3 singles put randomly in a room and was still not made so I declined. The only other option I had was a 2 single bed room that had no kitchen, a massive downgrade. This room had no sound insulation and was therefore incredibly loud given its location. (It's on a hill at a busy intersection so you get all the revving of cars coming up). The breakfast was fine, I didn't expect much from a Best Western. Stale bread, possibly powdered eggs, and some sausage and cheese. Best part of this hotel? Large colourful Spanish architecture and transportation books in the lobby. This isn't the most walkable location for being in Poblado, I wouldn't recommend staying here. All in all, I've stayed in a plethora of Best Westerns and have realized their loyalty program is based on hotel discretion which is always never. I'll stop staying here from now on.

I visited Medellin for business and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The staff was extremely pleasant and rooms spacious although not that clean from one day to another. I ordered breakfast in the room, it sounded much better over the phone... the first day they forgot the spoon and the second the knife. Bed was OK and pillows very big in width, to the point that I was really uncomfortable. Unfortunately they did not have any other types. They also forgot to replace the soup. Wifi was excellent. Not sure I will come back to this hotel.
