Sorry for the long post but this could save you a ton of money and countless hours of time. First off, this is not a 4-star hotel. At best, it is a 2-star. I had booked an extended stay at this hotel for 16 days and paid extra for the Junior Suite. My flight arrived late but I headed to my hotel to check-in and get some much needed rest. Upon arrival, a man by the name of Luis checked me in. During the check-in process, I mentioned I had booked the Junior Suite on their website and was looking forward to relaxing in the spacious room. To my surprise, when I got to my room, it was incredibly small for a suite. I asked Luis about this, and he said this was a Comfort Room. I had repeated that I paid extra for the Junior Suite, and he assured me the Comfort Room and Junior Suite were the same thing. When I asked about the suite on the website, he said that was the Executive Suite. Confused and tired, I figured I would sort this out in the morning after getting some rest. Well, that's where I was wrong. These rooms carry noise from all your surroundings. I'm not exaggerating when I say I could hear noise from every single car driving by, people walking in the streets, people walking in the halls, and my neighbors on both sides of the room. After tossing and turning for hours, at 5AM I decided to check the hotel's website to ensure I was given the suite I had paid extra for. Not surprisingly, there is no Executive Suite. I had paid for a Junior Suite and was put in a Comfort room. I decided to confront the receptionist as I couldn't sleep. I asked Luis why he lied to me, and he continued to say "I don't know". After some time, he had admitted my room had been given to another guest and I could get my suite the next day. Luis gave me the contact information to the managers for me to contact. At this point, I had had enough. I decided to check out and find another hotel. In the morning someone else had checked me out and assured me I would be receiving a refund in a matter of days (I had prepaid for all my nights). After a few days and not seeing a refund, I contacted the managers Luis had referred me to. Funny enough, Luis also gave me the wrong mobile number to the manager. After some digging, I was able to reach one of the managers, Dina Gomez. She then referred me to a different manager, Yuliana Botero. I worked with Yuliana for a few days who said I could come back to the hotel to process the refund. This unfortunately was not correct, so she then referred me to a different manager, Isaac Andres Rivero. I'm convinced the staff at this hotel have no idea what they're doing and give you false information just so they don't have to deal with customers. After some discussion with the Isaac Andres Rivero, he told me I had to pay the one night I stayed at the Comfort room before they could process my refund. I was hesitant and refused to give this hotel more money, but he was adamant in saying he could not process my refund until I paid for the Comfort room. Against my better judgement, I relented and paid for the extra night. I immediately requested a status on my refund and Isaac Andres Rivero said it would take 20 days to refund my money. This has been such a headache from the very beginning. The staff here have no problem lying to you in order to pass you onto the next person. As someone who travels often and has had experience in different hotels in different countries, I can easily say this is the worst experience I have had with a hotel. If you want to stay here, be prepared for loud noises and no sleep. In addition to that, be prepared to be lied to by the members of staff and pray you never have to go through the process of getting a refund. Till this day, I'm still waiting for my money.…
I went for some food and when I came back i had no money in my purse. They check the cameras and the cleaning lady when in my room at that time. They didn’t ask her about the money or at lest an apology Be careful!!!
The hotel it's not 4 star you can see all about instalacion until the reception, reception person day and night its very rude its not for 4 star hotel to serve they clients. When Chek in its that worst but you can tell the person didn't has experience for the reception 4 star hotel, the rooms they give on 3 floor direct window can looks the road that many car passing I couldn't sleep for 2 night the first night I told the house keeping (it's better person have a politenes) she told me will be talk to manager, but after second night next morning I ask receptionist that can change the room and she answer cannot change its full until 1 October that means did not give me any solution, the ways she talk to me its like you are nothing, but today I see few the customer has check out. My friends and I stayed in 2 separate rooms in November. I had room 301 and the queen sized beds were super comfortable with nice, clean white duvets. The room was a good size with a large desk, big tv, end tables and a mini bar. The modern bathroom had a large walk in shower with a great rain shower head. The problem was the walls are so paper thin that I could hear people in other rooms talking, showering and flushing their toilets late at night and early in the morning. Even my ear plugs did not block out all of the noise. A buffet style breakfast was included in my room rate and was served on the 6th floor with a spectacular panoramic view of the city. Breakfast (other than the weak coffee) was good and included waffles, eggs, breads, meat, yogurt , cereal, pastries and everything one could want for breakfast. We had dinner here one night and the menu was limited, with typically overpriced hotel meals. We did however enjoy the food. The daily pitchers of fresh strawberry/lime/mandarin water in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff members are friendly and soundproofing the walls would make this good hotel even better.…
Excellent place to stay. Close to the Mall and clubs. Never felt unsafe. Very good price as well. Facility was clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Would stay again. Restaurant on the rooftop and mini frig in the room.
Very nice hotel, very attentive staff, good location, 3 minutes walk from mall, atm. Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms. Delicious restaurant, breathtaking view from rooftop restaurant. 100% recommended.
Stayed here with a whole group of countries for a tournament.... had to wait more than 40min each night time for dinner... no service.... breakfast is poor and hardly anyone helps. Elevators take forever!!
Had a great stay. The concierge was so pleasant. Check-in was fast, and the room had plenty of space. Any request we had was taken care off without any problem and fast. The location is not the best. there's an abandoned lot just beside the hotel which was spine-chilling. Info of the guest: travelled for business, stayed for one night (arrived at 7:00 pm and left at 8:00 am)
Everything here was great !!! The staff was caring, helpful & very professional. The rooms were super clean and the restaurant was awesome. Room service was fast & good.
