The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. In a good section of town with a beautiful park a few blocks away. I stayed there 5 nights and had absolutely no problems. As I was leaving for the airport to return to the United States one of the ladies called a reliable cab service for me to ensure my safety. This is a very good hotel with excellent services. It is well situated in a nice part of Belén with the park less than two blocks away. The staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had in Medellín. Not huge rooms but or the most modern but very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

I was there from Nov. 3 to Nov. 6. The staff was friendly and helpful. Minor things that needed to be done got done quickly. The location is on one of the major roads in town Good public transport is in front of the Hotel. Unfortunately the Hotel has no parking. Will chose this again.

The room was small but clean and came with free wi fi. Free coffee and water available all day in the lobby, helpful staff. There is a supermarket close by and a shopping mall is walkable. For the price it was good value.

if all you need is a cheap hotel with no frills. this is it. there is no a/c in the unit. just a fan. but for a couple of bucks more you can stay at hotel plaza granada . we paid 105,000 for one night and at the hotel plaza granada we paid 120,000. couple of bucks more and a big difference. i got a room with a jacuzzi for the 105,000. location is another thing. after dark its like a ghost town and i wouldnt feel safe walking around. looks desolate. and its on a busy street. i was there for one night only. breakfast was included.
